Hi

I’m having a similar problem here with iOS as well – it’s working fine on my android but on iphones and ipads the video simply refuses to play sometimes.

It also gave me a message about the fallback image (even when there was one there), but I managed to hide the message using css although the big large white gap remains.

I’ll put my url in the private content area, but if I need to open a new thread, please let me know.

I’ve just checked and you’re right, it is working – is there any way of having the phone number on a separate line on mobile view though?

I’m not sure why, but the problem with the phone disappeared; but I’m still trying to make the header full width (on desktop – sorry should have clarified this before).

I’ve got this CSS –

#header #header_main .container {
width: 100%;
max-width: none;
}

That works to some extent, but it removes the menu and pushes the contact us button on the header right to the edge of the right of the screen, ideally i’d like some padding on the right there as well.

I’ve managed to get it up there, but when I add the link it disappears now.

I know this is an issue with the others as well and found this worked – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/social-buttons-broken-with-wp-5-3-1-update/#post-1165745 for the others, but it’s not happening when I change the ‘twitter’ to ‘tiktok’ for example.

I am getting a twitter icon though that takes me to the TikTok page.

I’m trying to do this as well, but it’s not letting me add to the Iconfont Manager

Here’s what I’m trying

Download png image
Convert into svg
Try to upload SVG – says can’t do it.
I put it in a zip and upload, and it says “can’t add the font because the server didn’t respond”

I’ve pasted the code in from the link you sent as well but to no avail?

Any help you can give is appreciated.

THanks for the message – hoping you’re keeping well and safe.

I think I managed to sort it in the end by just using 3 different promo box elements and setting the screen options for each to hide on particular devices.

I’ll observe and update the thread again if I need anything on this issue, but for now, it’s all sorted.

I’ll try that from my PC and feedback, but my alignment issue seems to have returned.

I’m getting it from this part of this CSS

Hi

Managed to sort this out thankfully

The checkout issue was because of the Stripe keys :/ I didn’t have the test keys in and no SSL for the live ones.

What I did struggle with though is moving the instagram feed to display below the related products on a variable product page (link shown in private message)

It’s there using WooCommerce Conditional Content at the moment and is set to display AFTER the related products but it doesn’t do – is there a workaround for that? – maybe move the position of the Related Products UP even?

Also, on the same page, when I select Galley as an option, it changes the picture to the Galley one, but the original product image disappears and can’t be selected again? Any help with that would be great too.

I managed to get it working fine on my screen, but on some screens it doesn’t work properly.

Is there a quick fix for that maybe – something that would call a different image based on the screen size maybe?

That didn’t work, but I managed to sort it by replacing this

.container {
margin: 0 auto;
padding: 0 50px;
}

from the updates theme files, to this

#header_main .container {
margin-left: 0;
padding: 0;
}

And now i’m sorted :)

I did that and it worked for the products, but it also pushed my logo to the right (I had it flush with the slider on the home page) as well as bringing back the image captions I had hidden using the following css

.mfp-title {
display: none !important;
}

Is there a way I can get them reverted back to where they were as well please?

Thanks for that – that’s close, but not quite what I need.

I need the top area that says “Apple/fitbit/samsung/gadgets” etc to go on to two columns as well, and also I want it to do it for smartphones too – at the moment it looks like its doing it for tablets but not on the small screen?

The url in the private content area is basically what I want it like :)

Ah, I sorted it.

The header was set at 500px (earlier today, i accidentally put the minimum height on the heading as that, rather than the slideshow – that was before I had had my coffee lol) – when I remove that it sorted that obviously and I just put the minimum height on the slider as 500 and added the css and it works fine now :)

Actually, it seems its not that css that’s making that header huge – i’ve removed the css and its still huge.

Is there a way to have the ticks on that slider aligned next to the text on mobile/tablet screens as well please?

At the moment, they’re moving to the left while the text is right aligned?
