I already added this function to my functions.pho to sort a problem with the blog list images:

I also add the css:

But it is not working here.

I meant is it possible to set transparent header by default to the whole site.
I do not want to configure it for every page.
The main purpose is to set a cover image that will cover the entire layout of the website (header, menu, content, excepts footer).

Is that possible?

The problem is in responsive modes.
If you view it for example in:
1024 x 768
1366 x 768
1200 x 800
1280 x 800
1280 x 1024
1680 x 1050
You will see that the icon is not placed correctly.

I placed it at the right side of the secondary menu.
The problem is that it exits all time, while I Configued it to: Display Floating on the side, but only once product was added to the cart.

I would like to appear only when an item is added to the cart.
