    Hey,

Think you just need to wait 5-10 seconds for the videos to load then you’ll see them. :)

    Hi,

Live Draws page is where you’ll see it when on desktop.

It pulls in videos from Facebook but sadly aren’t aligned correct with the code I add.

Just wonder if it can be amended or done a different way to allow for the ideal alignment.

    Chris

Yeah the issue seems to have resolved itself. You can see from the original footer image I sent that the content came in from the left and right.

I was able to change the first image of the homepage from the slider to the colour section – seems to have done the trick and is looking good.

I am using a plugin on my ‘Live Draws’ page to pull in Facebook videos. on desktop you can see that the videos aren’t quite level. Is this something I can fix within Enfold?

Apart from this everything is currently looking good for me.

Rather strangely – I don’t seem to have the issue with the padding now.

If anyone is available to just check http://www.tradiegiveaways.co.uk to check the layouts then I’d appreciate it.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thank you.

My second issue hasn’t been addressed however.

There is still a massive issue where I cannot add new content that fits correctly and the problems with the margins left and right. Can you see the same on your screen?

    https://ibb.co/gvFjj1H
    https://ibb.co/swNtLgx

Could somebody please address this asap.

    Chris

    Hi,

There are 2 main issues I have.

    1. Buttons for all of my three sliders of my homepage

    There are three Sliders:

One is for desktop where I have had to set the entire image as clickable because I am unable to create some css that will allow me to position a button in the right place. Therefore, I have simply made a button in Illustrator

    https://ibb.co/R2PPZJm

The second is for tablet and I have had to do exactly the same as above for the same reasons.

The third is for mobile where my css I mentioned above applies. However, depending on the phone it isn’t quite in the right place obviously due to screen size. At present my title and my person are created in Illustrator and thus are images. As you can see from the screenshot I always want (regardless of the mobile screen size) for the button to be in between the title and the man whilst still being visually appealing.

    https://ibb.co/W5x7CXv

In this preview it looks great however in different phone screen sizes, not so much.

I need a solution to this. I can amend my original Illustrator image e.g. take out the title and add in Enfold and add the man in the same way to get the same result. The button positioning will be in the same spot as what you can see in the Illustrator version – underneath the title whilst still in the black background.

    Problem 2

Content across the website is squashed in from the left and right

As you can see from the first screen shot the menu is squeezed in from the left and right. This is true for the entire website and is a nightmare as it seems that new content is being added correctly either.

    https://ibb.co/gvFjj1H
    https://ibb.co/swNtLgx

As in you can see this is a consistent issue.

You can also see now that where I have inputted the strong command for ‘Tradie Ticket’ it is still white. It used to be yellow but for some reason has now changed. This is true across the entire website and any new content I create. Yet in the ‘Special Heading’ preview as I write it, it shows yellow.

These are the two big issues I have write now and it’s a big problem so if you guys are able to allocate some time to help solve this then it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Chris

    Hi,

I’ve tried to find a work around that I need some support with asap #1229623 along with a few unknown issues.

    Thanks.

in reply to: CSS solution for three fullscreen Sliders #1230352

And just to follow up in case I didn’t address your screenshot question:

That issue is site wide – the entire content for the website is squashed in both from the left and right and at the same time the creation of new content doesn’t look right either. As shown in the screenshot – that second word should be yellow using the strong tag like other areas of the site. This is true for any new content I create so it’s a massive issue.

    Thanks.

    Chris

Thanks – all works fine now guys.

Thank you for the help Guenni007 (I’m a 007 too in parts of the online world ;)).

I tried my best with the .svg aspect but it is above my skill set right now, working on another solution positioning the button instead in another thread for now. It’s definitely a skillset for me to strive for.

    Thanks again.

in reply to: CSS solution for three fullscreen Sliders #1230313

The major issue on mobile with the button is its position in relation to the man pointing up depending on the screen size.

My Fullwidth Slider does have the title and the man in it. So if it would help and you can advise me on the way I can cut those and re-upload the background and add the text and the man if it still give the same effect of the man pointing up the button.

    Thanks.

    Hey,

Thanks Rikard – you guys are no doubt very busy.

I’ve created ‘Test Homepage’ (duplicated my homepage). It is the very top button with the man either below or next to depending on the device.

If you are able to explore the other issue of the large margin or padding left and right (desktop and maybe tablet) then that would be very helpful too.

    Thanks.

I’m struggling to be able to actually add new content or anything now as it isn’t looking how it should do:

    https://ibb.co/gM5kGrq

In this example the first word should be black and the second yellow (using .

I presume these issues are all interlinked as these have all come together.

I have tried deleting my cache from the privacy section in Safari – no luck however.

Hopefully it’ll help to shed some light on things.

I also now seem to have the issue where all of my content is cut in by an equal amount left and right (header, footer products etc).

Please help with this also as this is all I need to sort to make the website go live.

    Hi thanks for this.

The issue I face now is that the burger icon menus are much lower down the page than they should be.

If you could help me with this then I’d really appreciate it.

The website isn’t ready for public viewing yet.

I’ve created a login for you to check it out below :)

    Thanks.

    Hi Guenni,

Thank you so much for helping with the details here, you are very knowledgable.

I have tried to follow the steps you mentioned.

    Here is what I have:

    https://ibb.co/djkDZBP

If this is correct, how do I save this (in Sublime Text) so it can then be added to my Enfold website?

Thank you once, again. this coding aspect is very new to me.

in reply to: Make a specific are of an Image clickable #1223482

    Hi Guenni,

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this – it’s really insightful.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the knowledge and skills to do this, above saving the image as an SVG.

If I could trouble you for a bit more of a guide then that would be massively appreciated because how you have the clickable image in the link you sent is perfect.

    Thank you again.

    Best,
    Chris

    Hi Ismael,

I have tried creating a button and then using a negative margin to bring it to the area of where the button is in the image. However it moved when scrolled so I couldn’t make it work sadly.

I did try and do this with a PNG image using a colour section and a negative margin again. However, it showed up for a second then disappeared.

I have created a login for you to see what you can do.

if you could possibly get the position of the button somewhere similar to where it is now then that would be perfect.

    Thank you.

in reply to: Change Social Icon Colour Not In Social Share Icon #1191049

Sure, just go to mlhentertainments.com and you’ll see them on the homepage.

Then when you go into the acts section, all of the available acts have the social share option there and you’ll see them in white as in the screenshot.

    Thanks

in reply to: Numbered Portfolio Grids – Click To Scroll Through #1107317

    Hi Victoria,

Thanks for this it’s a great start for me.

My ideal is to model it as shown in this image:

    View post on imgur.com

As you can see it has pagination at the bottom. And the Gold version I created in Enfold I used a regular colour section.

Is it possible to continue this style but to then have. numbered sequence as in the orange image?

The Masonry grid unfortunately doesn’t seem to allow me to display them in a singular and vertical format as I would need.

Thanks for your time and help.

in reply to: Numbered Portfolio Grids – Click To Scroll Through #1106472

It could do. Is there a way to do numbered as I show in the example?

How do I do was you mentioned above please?

    Hi Victoria,

Thanks. It didn’t work deactivating the plug in but it did when I added it via the theme instructions.

I still have the issue where my foot is covering 3/4 of the page however.

    Can you help with this?

in reply to: Full Screen Slider and Footer issues #1076763

Hi sadly, that didn’t seem to work either.

I selected the delete box at the bottom and saved the changes also.

The footer is still showing 3/4 along the pages also :(

in reply to: Full Screen Slider and Footer issues #1075719

    Hey,

I clicked the tow disable options in performance.

No changes made through and I can’t see a select to delete option.

Anything else or more I need to do?

Scrap that password – I had to create another. I signed in with this one too so you should be fine to also.

I’ve created you a new one below haha. It isn’t making it easy for us.
