The animation bug is resolved. That was due to a layerslider box which was set for mobile.

I have inserted the code you shared but the animation still not triggered until the column is at top of the screen.
This result to an empty content if column is at mid of the screen.Regards,

You can close this ticket for now, i think it’s only on the admin view. The user who has not the admin frontend wordpress bar don’t have this problem.

Finally i decided to disable this feature… Too complicated.

I understand and i thank you for response.I would like the submit button be responsive on smartphone, everything is responsive in the page except the button “ENVOYEZ MOI LES INFORMATIONS”. It is embarrassing.

I have contacted the creator of the plugin and he said to me that i should use a function which has this form : <?php add_shortcode( $tag , $func ); ?>

thank you for your support! i solved the problem,
it was an incompatibilty with a popup plugin, i also have a little problem but with the second menu i would like to make it center with the image onelife can you help me? and then i would like this menu to be black or darker because i cannot see it on mobile.Many thanks,
