Yes, we have tried on multiple browsers and in incognito mode. The problem occurs for us and users have reported the issue.
I just tried again on Firefox and Chrome, private browsers, and the problem still persists.
Please go to home page. Scroll to a product picture. Click on it. Note how when the page with the product information opens, the picture is supposed to be displayed to the left of the product description, but instead, it disappears. There is just blank space to the left of the product description where the product picture (and any other different gallery views of it) are supposed to be.
If you click in that seemingly blank space, though, the picture appears enlarged.
We need the picture and picture gallery for products to display properly to the left of the description for better customer experience and information.
Wow, still no help? No Response? How do I get the screenshots to you? How do I get help now that your person removed code on a theme and it won’t update?
I did not remove any code. A member or your organization did email about code. I did try to update without Wordfence without luck. Also, other sites I help on use Enfold and Wordfence successfully together. The image problem does still exist. The images show in group page preview, but if you click on an individual product to read more about it, the picture disappears beside the product description. Oddly, if you click on the blank space where the picture should show/used to show, a full-sized version of the product pic opens. Finally, the icons for the spacer element is still missing from the legal template.

It stopped working on several sites for me as well. Instead, I used a code block and put in Google’s iframe embed code for the map. Hope this helps you with a fix while it gets worked out.
It happens on mobile now–seems resolved on desktop. You can go to their home page https://goddesselite.com and click on one of the prodcuts on the home page under Popular Sellers. When you click the picture, the pic disappears instead of displaying with the product description. This was the issue the other week on a desktop view, too.
On a good note, sliders seem to be displaying again! BUT still getting JQuery warnings on the backend of the site.
I don’t understand why other threads are being addressed while mine is not? I still have support service I paid for. I see others having problems with WooCommerce, too.
Still no help? Other pages are adding My WordPress at the end, too. So maddening and would really like help. Thanks.
I am having the same trouble. The link referred to above it close to Greek to me. I’d ideally like to get social icons in the footer/widget area, but that appears to be rocket science with all the different threads. Feeling overwhelmed and disappointed with the theme.
I’m having the same issues with the brand new purchase of this theme. I’ve purged, worked with my server host and purged some more. The preview was working, then I saved changes, updated, clicked Preview and…went to like the very first attempt at a page build!
I know you said you can’t recreate these issues on your end, but I can tell you they are happening here, too. And I’ve just been working with this theme for two days. In that time, I’ve purged cache on my computer, the site’s cache, went through my cPanel and purged well over 10 times today.
My situation: I’m not working on a live site. I’m working on my site through my computer’s hosts files. Could this be part of the issue?
It was working again for a few hours. Now back to that old original bad test home page. Egad! I’m going mad.
