I figured that would be the case :) No worries. Thanks for your help!
ErinThis is the existing blog: https://jeaniecommunications.com/blog/ but we want it to look more like this if possible: http://acupuncturehingham.com/blog/
Thanks!
ErinIt looks like it’s working now on my iphone. Maybe it just took a little while to take :) Thanks for the quick response!

You can close the thread. Thanks again,
ErinFixed! Thank you so much.
ErinI changed it but now it’s back to being very small on the landing page versus as the user moves down the page which was the issue in the first place. Is there something else I need to add?
Erin
Hi-
I’ve added that css but it’s still looking blurry on the landing page (http://www1.artcraft.com/). Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks so much for your help with this!
ErinHi again-
The logo on the landing page appears fuzzy compared to the way it displays on the other sections (http://www1.artcraft.com/). Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
ErinThank you. I’ve had to change the width to 42% because at 62% it was stretched. I’m checking with my client to make sure that they are ok with the size of the logo now. Hopefully they are. Thanks for your assistance!
ErinOK! Just let me know that you’ve received these credentials. I sent them last week and wondered if they didn’t get through. Thanks!
ErinHi-
I wanted to check in to see if anyone was able to log in using the credentials that I sent. This is the last issue we need to resolve before we can launch the website. Thanks!
ErinI’ve noticed the logo only appears so small on the landing page, but as we scroll down, it’s larger. I’d like it larger on the landing page as well. Thanks!
I’m all set. Thank you.
Thank you!!
Yes. Thank you!
It does! Thanks so much :)

Thanks! That worked perfectly but only for the first instance (Print). I’m making a one-page site. When you click on Print, it works, but if you click on any of the other menu tabs, I still get the white space above the full screen slider: http://www1.artcraft.com/
Can I add this code to the Code Block instead?
Thanks!
ErinThank you! That helped a lot. There’s about a 30 pixel gap between the code block and the top of the fullscreen slider. Is there any way to get rid of that? Just wondering. Thanks again.
ErinThanks! I had a hard time getting the two sides to wrap properly. My logo is about 250 pixels wide so I’d adjusted the setting to accommodate that, but it wasn’t working for me. Hopefully the client won’t mind having the logo to the left instead :)
Thanks for your help!
ErinThanks Rikard! I learned something new :)
ErinThank you!!
Thank you!!!

All fixed :) Thank you!

I see the Theme Update set up in Enfold attached to my username and API Key isn’t working in this site as well as my own site (I’m running Enfold there as well). Both say the website is running the newest version and no updates are available, but ruthcardello.com is running Enfold 3.4.3 and my site is running 3.8. In the past this great feature always worked. Any idea why it’s no longer working?
I’ll try to update the theme via FTP and see if that helps. Thanks for the link!

Thanks! I installed Jetpack and set it up to connect to the account. But it’s not working properly. The viewer is given 3 options: to view mobile version which is the one I created with the WPTouch mobile plugin, view the desktop version which is the original site, and View Mobile version which appears to be related to Jetpack because with that version, I get “Powered by WordPress” at the bottom, and the site is not a WordPress.com website. I don’t want that link there. I just want the site to view properly when accessed from a mobile phone. I regularly use this theme for clients because I love it so much, and this is the first instance where I’m having such a problem with a mobile view. My own website runs on the Enfold theme and it converts to a mobile view perfectly. Do you think there’s a plugin causing the error? That’s the only thing I can think of. I’ve played around a bit and deactivate then reactivated some things. For some reason, on my phone now, the desktop version views fine. But I’m somehow still seeing the link to Switch to Mobile Version (which is connected to the WPTouch Mobile plugin I’ve deactivated) and View Mobile Site (which I think is connected to the Jetpack installation which I’ve now deactivated). I’m really not sure what’s going on :/ I’ll post login credentials in the private section. Thanks!

Great! Thank you so much. We’re all set.

Thank you! I’m sorry but I don’t completely understand these instructions. I’ve changed the Blog Layout option to “Use the advance layout builder”, but the part about “Add the Blog Posts element and set the Blog Content length settings to Excerpt with Read more link” part I don’t understand. I have a page called “Blog” that I’ve created to post my blog posts on (under Settings/Reading/Post page set to “Blog”). The problem, too, is that the blog on this site is set up under the blog categories (notice the URL is http://helpfulorganizer.com/category/blogposts/. There’s also a “newsletter” category and a “tip of the month” category).
Your help is much appreciated!! Thanks :)
ErinThat worked! Thanks so much.

I’ve been able to increase the memory limit and my website is now loading better on a mobile device. We still have the problem of a transparent background when the visitor clicks on the menu. The tabs become unreadable. On the desktop version of the site, the background color is white in the menu bar. We don’t understand why it changes to transparent on the mobile view. We’ve looked at the settings for Mobile view in the Enfold theme settings and they are set to white.
