It appears that it has! Maybe it just took a while for my updates to take effect. Though can you tell me where the styling for the field is pulling from? Just so I know in the future? Thanks :)
Thank you for your quick response. Please close this. Thank you.
Thank you!
Oh geez. I see what you did. I’m so sorry to have bothered you!
Thank you for your assistance.
ErinThank you!
Thank you :) I added the quick css but it’s still not indenting: https://nayb.org/about-nayb/#clarifications
Is there something else I need to do?
Thanks!
ErinGreat! They were enabled, so I disabled them and checked and the field was working. I then enabled them again and the field is still showing up. Just wondering why that would fix the issue.
Thank you so much for your help!

Hi!
Thanks! I added this in the Quick CSS box. Was that correct or should I add it somewhere else? I’m not seeing it yet.Thank you!!
ErinThanks :) So you have tom put something in the cart (https://bathjunkienattleboro.com/store/). Then when you go to the cart, you’ll click Checkout and that’s when the form pops up with the missing State field.
Thank you for responding! Looks like it only needed time to update. Sorry about that :) I appreciate your help!
Erin
That worked. Thank you! We can close this thread.
ErinYou can close the topic. Thank you!
ErinThanks Rikard. I finally was able to update 3 client sites by deleting the old Enfold files and uploading the new version, then grabbing a token from Envato. I should be good to go now as other clients come in needing a theme update in the future.
Thanks for your help. This issue is resolved :)
ErinMichealH-
Thank you for the detailed description on how to update the theme to v4.5. However I’m hesitant to upload the new Enfold files after deleting the old folder because when I tried doing that through my cpanel/File Manager, my site would not load. So I was unable to get into the WordPress dashboard to do step 9: “Sign in to your WordPress website again….” It seemed that the new theme breaks the site. I have at least a dozen client websites using the Enfold theme so I’m super nervous about how I’m going to fix this issue with all of them because it’s going to keep coming up until they are all updated. I’m practicing on my smallest client site right now hoping to figure it out. Any assistance is certainly appreciated. Thank you!I tried updating another client’s site with the newest theme version by uploading the theme through File Manager and overwriting the files. Again, the site went down. Luckily I’d first downloaded the version of Enfold that was on the account and was able to restore the site by re-uploading the old version. I’d really like to update the theme on these website but why are they crashing when I do? Are you saying I should first delete the Enfold theme folder that’s in the File Manager, then install the newest version of Enfold? Will I lose any of the theme customizations?
Thanks.
Does it have to be done via FTP or can I do it by accessing the cpanel and File Manager?
I tried updating the theme but I get this message: Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/infinity2016/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-post-format.php on line 213
Now my site won’t load.
I haven’t been able to update the theme. The site is running the 4.2 version of Enfold. I realize I need to update the theme manually but where do I get the updated theme files to upload? Thanks!
I added:
@import url(‘https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Julius+Sans+One’); font-family: ‘Julius Sans One’, sans-serif;under Enfold/General Styling/Fonts/Custom CSS and nothing changed. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
Erin
Thank you. Do I add these both under the Custom CSS box in the Enfold settings?
Erin
Yes, please close it. Thank you!
ErinThank you, Rikard! I knew the menu didn’t work well on a portfolio or post page so added return links on each. But your solution worked perfectly! I appreciate it :)
ErinPerfect. Thank you!!
ErinThis is what we’re seeing on an iPad. https://snag.gy/ST0wGm.jpg
Thanks!
ErinI can. :) How do I attach a screenshot?
Thank you so much for your help! Everything seems to be working perfectly now.
ErinI’ve typed the url in (columbiahousingcenter.org). However I’ve noticed when I try it in a Chrome browser it works. Just not Safari.
Thank you Victoria! Just one more question: I need to make the font size smaller. Is this something that I can do through Advanced Styling? It’s words are far too big.
Thanks!
ErinHi-
I actually changed the color of the menu icon because the mobile menu wasn’t working properly. I didn’t want folks to use it but I still wanted you guys to see it. I added a menu to the footer which displays on the homepage for now since we had to launch the site today, but that’s not ideal. We want the mobile menu to work.
We don’t have any plugins on the site that should be affecting this. I like the Enfold theme specifically because it includes so much, there’s no need to add plugins.
We just noticed the mobile menu issue this morning which was the first time I viewed the site on a phone. Thanks!

Thanks! I added the css but I’m not seeing a change yet. I went into Advanced Styling as well. Do I adjust the mobile menu font using the Menu Links in overlay/slide out option?
Thanks again,
