FTP login credentials are in private content. Thank you!
ErinThe site is up now. I removed the theme files from the server then uploaded an older version. I think it may have been related to a plugin that was on the site as well. This was the only time I’ve updated the Enfold theme files on a client site and had this happen. I saw there was an issue with the logo disappearing from the header that appears to have been resolved in the newest update. I’m going to try and make that update to this website and see if I am able to update the site without getting a fatal error again. If I do, I’ll respond to this ticket and send you login credentials at that point. Thanks so much!
Thank you! I’m sorry. I didn’t see this reply. I did contact my hosting company and they told me it’s a theme issue? I don’t know. I’ll include my login credentials. If you’d be able to take a look I’d really appreciate that!
Thank you! That works.
Is there any way to make it more centered with the other menu tabs? See https://obu.4c5.myftpupload.com/.
Thanks again :)
ErinThank you! It appears to be fixed now. Though I did not disable the html compression. Is that under performance? Thank you.
Thanks for this. Though it’s odd because the theme version is 4.7.6.4 and I already have a personal token set up for this site. I’ve used older versions of this theme with WordPress 5.7 and have not run in to this issue before. I use this theme for various clients. I’ll see if updating it to 4.8.1 fixes the issue. My client said she’d gone in and manually changed the dates of the blog posts so they’d appear in a different order than they were and wondered if that caused a glitch. In building this site, I used one of the Enfold demos to set it up and wondered if that might be the issue.
Not sure if the link worked so I’ve attached again in private content.
For example, where it says ASIC/Foundry.
You can close this ticket. I was able to trouble shoot and figure it out on my own. Thank you!
I’ve deactivated plugins to see if there’s a conflict but nothing is working. I even purchased a new theme from themeforest and uploaded the new theme files, wondering if my last one was corrupted. I’m still having the same problem. I can enter numbers but I can not enter text. I can’t even copy and then paste the text into the field. The only one that appears to work is the text block. Buttons, icons, special headings, etc….none of those will allow me to enter text into the field (e.g. replace “Click Me” with actual text.) Any help is appreciated since the site is basically down until I can redesign it in the Enfold theme. Thank you!!
Thank you. The information is in Private Content. I appreciate your help!
Thank you. All of the settings were set to display the Comments section in Settings>Discussion. I had set the post up using the layout builder. I changed it to the default editor style and the comments section appears after the blog post. Question: Does the Comments icon in the layout builder work the same way as the WordPress comments setup? For example, would the comments need to be approved prior to posting?
Thank you!
I figured it out. I switched to a portfolio grid instead of the masonry one and choose the maximum (100) number of entries per page. I’m able to see all 9 of my portfolio categories on the Portfolio page now. Thanks for your help! You can close this ticket.
Under Select Entries I’ve asked for all portfolio entries to display on the page. I’m not clear on why entires wouldn’t appear on the current page. I guess a workaround is to create individual pages on the site for each Portfolio Category.
Thank you! This helps. You can close this ticket.
ErinThat worked. Thank you!
ErinI’ll try this. Thank you! You can close this ticket.

When you scroll down the page, the button appears in the lower right corner. I’m just wondering if there’s a way to remove the transparency and make it a solid color. The client thinks it looks purple when it’s over the blue in the footer, however I have it set to dark gray.
Thanks!
Thank you!

I found some css in this forum for making the hotspots smaller. However the pulse is still the same size. How can I make the pulse smaller? Here is the css I’ve added so far:
#top .av-image-hotspot_inner {
height: 14px;
line-height: 14px;
width: 14px;
font-size: 8px;
}Thank you!
Perfect. Thank you!

Thanks Rikard. Tech support at Go Daddy kept telling us the issue was with the theme though I haven’t had this problem with any other websites where I’ve used Enfold in the past. I believe something was happening when they tried to move the files and somehow the theme kept popping up as the issue. There also was an issue with the theme version when used with the rev of the PHP. However their tech support appears to have fixed the issue. This ticket can be closed now. Thanks again.
ErinThat worked. Thank you!
That worked! Thank you :)
I was able to turn the CDN off and the icons are working now. Thank you!
We were wondering if it’s possible to move the image captions (Aerospace, Defense, Medical, etc.) down to the bottom of the image verses right in the center of the image. Thanks!
