Hi Ismael,
Yes, I tried his fix. Kriesi updated the theme with a fix, but it hasn’t worked for me so far. Please review my original ticket for the website link here (if it’s possible to reopen that ticket, that might be more efficient for you guys): https://kriesi.at/support/topic/anchor-text-not-working-on-ios/
Best,
EricHi Devin,
I have followed your instructions, removed child theme changes and turned off all plugins. Unfortunately, the page is still not working properly in Safari or iOS. Worse, the tool tips used to pop-up on iOS when pressing the icons at least. They no longer work now. Please advise on an anchor text/main menu fix as the site is functionally broken at this point. Very much appreciate any fixes.
Thank you,

Great! That worked. I also deleted the ones from the old theme that I knew I would not be using, even though they were deactivated. Thank you.

I added your code to my Child Theme CSS. It worked!
Thanks much,
EricHi,
Thank you, Ismael. After deactivated all plugins, then reactivating one-by-one, I found the problem. So…ironically, it was a plugin issue with the Preserved HTML Editor Markup plugin being activated. That plugin actually caused the addition of the breaks to be added each time I clicked into a Text Block. Odd, ironic, yet solved with that plugin deactivated now.
Thanks again,
EricHi Ismael,
Thank you for your response. No, the problem still exists. I am running the latest theme release, Version 2.4.1.
Problem: In Avia Layout Builder, click to edit Text Block, a new, phantom <br/> exists at start of text — the spacing is visible in the Visual tab –> Click Text tab –> remove <br/> that was somehow added at beginning of text –> Save.
When next clicking on same Text Block to edit, a new <br/> has been added. If the original phantom one was not removed (as described in previous step), an additional <br/> is added each time you click on the Text Block to edit.
Am also running Preserved HTML Editor Markup plugin, but it has no affect.
Please advise. Thank you.
~ Eric
