I don’t think thats the issue. My client sees it like the following photo shows
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1V2Y7E1AZwe_PXTQabawkk5GWONeEtBDr/view?usp=sharingI also see it that way when I look at it in a new browser window (an incognito window).
Have you tried looking at that page when you are not logged into the admin panel?
I have seen that if I log in to the wordpress admin, that page looks fine if I look at it while logged in, but then I log back out and it looks bad again.

I changed that page that you mention so it looks fine now. At the time of this writing – this page has not been changed and shows in the way I am talking about – http://anitasguacamole.com/locations/

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zspD30VcTUxeTQ23ZPsiLu9XmL-fpzEX/view?usp=sharingI have seen that if I simply change the url, the page corrects itself and shows properly. I’m not completely sure why that is, but this seems to solve the problem.
This website used to be on an older hosting package with hostgator, but a complication happened and a new hosting package had to be started, so I had to move the website to this new hosting package by uploading all the wordpress files and the database from a downloaded version of the website from the old server.
Hostgator couldn’t solve the problem and told me to contect the theme author, which is why I posted this is the first place.

July 4, 2018 at 10:50 am in reply to: Error – class-avia-font-management-base.php on line 429 #981070Hi, posted the ftp info.
I’m not sure what version of php.
but other themes do work on whatever version it is currently runningJuly 3, 2018 at 6:11 pm in reply to: Error – class-avia-font-management-base.php on line 429 #980665Hi, seeing if someone can help with this issue. Can’t install my theme and get this site going until this issue is resolved.
I’ve added login info in pvt.July 3, 2018 at 3:04 pm in reply to: Installing for a client – get the following errors – wont work #980602Hi, sorry it seems I have two posts about this error.
I see it on the screen any time I want to do anything once the theme is activated – after the theme is installed and I click the link to the “live preview”I have given the login credentials.
Other themes work so this problem is unique to enfold.
July 3, 2018 at 2:12 pm in reply to: Error – class-avia-font-management-base.php on line 429 #980574Hi. I am seeing it right after the theme is installed and I Try to “preview” it or I make it, or the child theme active.
I am installing the theme using the installer and the enfold.zip file, also tries the therefore zip file. all had the same result, this error.
It is the latest version to download through themeforest.
Other themes work so it seems to only happen with enfold.

Mike, thank you for your quick answer.
Support second to none – as usual.– Ethan
Hi, Yes I understand what you are saying, but this really makes a blog reliant upon 1 theme and if in the future there is an issue or I change themes (which could happen even though I do like this theme) then all of my posts will contain garbled shortcode characters and it will be a huge mess to fix. I think it is a best practice to create all wordpress posts from the default editor so there will not be any issues like this. Pages are a different story because there are less of them and they are not intertwined with each other as posts are.
The magic wand tool, however, doesn’t have a color section as a layout element.
I have tried to find the short code for this, which I believe is [av_section]
But it doesn’t work when pasted into the regular wordpress editorHI, thanks for replying. Am I correct in saying that if a layout is made the advanced editor, but then the regular editor is reverted to that the content is lost and doesn’t automatically transfer back to the regular editor?
Hi, yes this issue is resolved.
However, is there any cheat sheet or documentation about how the coding is arranged so better be able to know which elements to call to make css modifications?Hi, Actually…in looking further. Each of them made a similar change.
What I noticed was, I had a piece of css code above the ones you gave me, but no closing }
That was messing up any code that came after it.Still, no change…everything is gray
The hardest part of making changes like these is knowing the correct element to then make the css declarations. The code of actually changing the background color is easy background:#cccccc (or whatever color you want)…it’s knowing the exact class element to enter that is so difficult to figure out.
Tried it, no change. Even tried to add an !important code…no change.
here’s the url of the post im working with for this test.
Hi. In trying to explain it better. The default seems to be, the entire background of the entire content area (post area, sidebar, and background) is the same – most of the time white. What if I want to make them all gray, but have the post area background white, so it stands out more. As seen here: http://pexetothemes.com/demos/story_wp/blog/ ?
Hi, just to update you…
It appears the plugin “genesis sidebars” was causing this issue.
It seems weird that such a plugin would effect this, but when that one was deactivated, the saving problem went away.Hi. I thought I sent this reply last friday, but apparently I never clicked the submit button.

March 24, 2016 at 4:53 pm in reply to: full screen slider & full width easy slider saving issue #603236I’ve posted the info in pvt. Note I’ve been testing with the topmost page when you search using “drafts”
Hi. Yes I found this after I sent the question and tried out a few options. They seem to work fine. Thanks
Hadn’t thought about it before and was just curious that the theme doesn’t come with a built in version. There is no CDN running. It is this site, here.
Nope. No caching plugin
Here a screenshot of my active plugins
Hi. I took a look at the plugin…yep this looks like what I was looking for. Many many thanks for the quick response.
I think it was an instagram feed plugin from my testing.
On another note…would you know why the following is happening.
When I make a change to a page the old version of the page is shown. Always. Even if it is a change like removing a widget from the sidebar. The old sidebar will always show up even though the plugin to show the widget is deactivated. I can go in to my browser and clear the cache but it does not matter. The only way to get a new version of a page to show is to go into the post/page itself and click the “Update” button.
Where is public.css?
Hmm, I downloaded the ready childtheme from you guys.
Here is a link to a screenshot of what the problem looked like
