I’m using the latest version of Safari and Chrome. I have cleared the cache on both browsers, and changes made to other parts of the page show up.

I disabled all plugins, removed custom css and turned off CDN, still no functioning menu on mobile.
Enfold version 3.5.4
Wordpress version 4.5.2
