Hi guys,
This is just to confirm that I still am having this issue and waiting for your solution.
Thanks in advance.
April 28, 2017 at 12:34 am in reply to: Avia layout builder doesn't load – tried ALL fixes I found in threads #784260Done, Yigit. 1024 Mb it is. Doesn’t seem to solve my problem, the ALB still doesn’t load at all.
However, now a window with short codes and text appears below the window where the visual builder is supposed to be, at least. This only helps me in the short-term, as without the ALB I will not be able to make major amendments (I’m supposed to start to make those from next week on).
I appreciate your help and efforts, and hope that we can sort it out somehow quickly.
Cheers,
e.

Actually, I just figured out what the cause of issue was at the first place.
So, the structure on my page was as follows:
1. Color section (with video background) – displayed on desktop only
2. Full-width button (“crm/erp”) – displayed on mobile only
3. Headline rotator – displays on both mobile and desktop devices
When I added custom CSS class to the full-width button, to make it displayed only on mobiles, as a replacement of the color section above (video banner), the scroll down button still tried to scroll down to the next section, which was the full-width button (#crm/erp), as despite not being shown on desktops, it was still considered as the next section. When it tried scroll down to it, there was no content to be displayed, as the FW button (“crm/erp) is set not to show on PC. Therefore, it scrolled back up to the starting position.
I have overcome this issue by re-organising these elements, so that the FW button is now under the headline rotator, so regardless of the device, it scrolls down to this.
To be completely honest, I would prefer it to be the other way around, as on mobiles it would look better having the FW button first, then the headline rotator. Is that possible, to make the scroll down button “realise” that the next section (FW button) is invisible and due to that it shall scroll down on to the next (actually visible) element?
If not, it is something I can live with, but I can easily imagine that other have the same issue/need, as it would give better control on how sections appear on different devices.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
Anyways, thanks again for your help and the excellent theme too.
Best,
e.

Hi Yigit,
Thank you for your note. In the meantime, I have sort of solved the problem by changing the text colour from blue to white. So it isn’t blinking now.
Please have a look at the video I have sent the link to. It isn’t a problem for me any longer, as I’m fine with the white text, but it might be useful for you to check this issue for future reference.Best regards,
E.

I’ll try that and will get back to you.
Cheers
Please find a link to the video I’ve just made below.
The strange thing is that when I have cloned the very section with the icon boxes and placed somewhere else on the page, the problem for the clone (the new) section didn’t occur.
I have also cloned some of the icon boxes individually from this section and when placed further down the page, the problem didn’t occur.
When I cloned icon boxes from this section and placed right below the section, those boxes were also showing the text blinking.
I have also tried to move that section to the bottom of the page and that seemed to solve the issue, but upon placing it back to the original location, it blinked again. So I can only assume from this that there must be some issue with the demo template itself… May it be some unnecessary code that is left there?
Hi Josue,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Yes, I have checked on several different PCs, but all showed the text blinking. (with different shades of blue)

Thanks for getting back to me. You can find the link to the site in question below. The icon I’d like to change is the down arrow right at the bottom of the first section (with the video background) of the page.Your help is much appreciated.
Best,
Matt

July 28, 2016 at 11:48 am in reply to: Replace toggle icon with another entypo-fontello font OR use a png #666131Hi Kriesi team.
Thank for the awesome theme (Enfold). I’ve tried to find a solution for my issue for a few hours now but I’m not sure I can manage it myself.
I have changed the “scrolldown” icon, that wsn’t difficult, I have just changed the icon number:
‘scrolldown’ => array( ‘font’ =>’entypo-fontello’, ‘icon’ => ‘ue86f’),
I’m wondering if I can
a) change the colour of this icon
b) can I use a custom image instead of the icon (e.g. a png I made), and if so, how I add it to the code.Your help would be greatly appreciated as I really am lame with coding.
Thanks in advance.
