For the other part of my question, is it possible to make the background of the squares transparent?

}It did not work after entering it in the Custom CSS window and I also tried themes/enfold/css/custom.css. I cleared the cache twice in the browser and in Enfold with each attempt.

I noticed that the Classic Editor Plugin is now shut off. Was this part of your attempts to fix the issue?
There was no custom content in the blog before.
It seems to work now. Keep the debug mode on?
Under Styling tab there is a selection to choose the image size – not resolution. The language says “Slideshow Image Size
Choose the size of the image that loads into the slideshow.”No matter what size image is chosen under Styling, the image is still blurry. The same file displayed at the same size through the Image Media Elements is sharp.

Thank you for the response. The theme is updated to 4.74 as of 5:33 GMT today and the “Avia Layout Builder” does not load on the Blog page, but does load on other pages.
So we still have the same problem as before the update.
The login information is provided here again (info has not changed since the first post).

I did have to reset the site with the .xml file, but I didn’t need to use the theme setting file. I did need to go to the menu set-up and remove the duplicate menu items.

Perhaps I was not clear on my initial request for support. I installed the enfold theme and followed the instructions to import the demo travel theme to the site. The theme demo imported, but all of the images used in the the theme did not import. I looked in the theme’s demo folder as you suggested and all I have is the travel.php and the travel.xml files that related to the travel theme demo. I do not see any images there – Am I looking in the wrong spot? I tried importing the demo via the .xml file and that didn’t work either.
