Thanks for that links. I studied those already, but I don’t see the option to get the setting I’d like to achieve for one of my customers.
Did I miss something?Hi Victoria,
Well, I can add a widget, but I can’t add it with the position I want to achieve. Thats why I’m wondering how to come closer to that result? Thanks, Enrico
Hello,
Sure that would be great if you could have a look on the page.
Thanks, EnricoOkay, thanks, but I’m not really sure if I can achieve this style?
Could you help to get the right CSS code for this?
Thanks, Enrico

Thanks for your help.Hello Rikard,
Thanks for your reply. As I mentioned, I already deactivated all plugins (including WP Rocked – cache was cleared before).
Result: no difference.Thanks, Enrico
February 13, 2018 at 10:50 am in reply to: display settings for tables not working after update, only cyrillic letters #911601Hello Ismael,
This might be correct, but as soltner also wrote, there must be a bug, otherwise its unaccountable why the Cyrillic letters are displayed. There is no visuell control now whether the columns are displayed on the front end or not.Regards, Enrico
February 12, 2018 at 12:17 pm in reply to: display settings for tables not working after update, only cyrillic letters #911058It doesnt matter on which page, you can use any and create a new table (like 1/2) and go to the settings as shown in the screenshot above.
It happens after the update to the new enfold version. I‘m using PHP 7.0Regards

sometimes I’m wondering how good the support team knows their own documentation and the theme itself…After some hours of research I found the right key words to find this:
And this:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/display-only-excerpt-on-archive-page/
And this:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/grid-read-more-button-in-archive/
And this:
https://kriesi.at/support/search/?bbp_search=tag.phpSo the relevant file is tag.php

Hello,
is there any update on this topic? Because it seems that this issue with the pricing tables still persists. I’m having the same problem and have to use the data table now.
Would be nice to get this done on an next update.Regards, Enrico
Okay, I understand, even thats a pity, because the search itself does the same and the result page is quite okay.
What did you mean with your first post:
“For example, you can create a child theme and load the results from there.
That would be easiest way to get it short out. There is no other way to get it done, if for example you want to use ALB.”Load the results from a child theme? But from which file? Could you please tell me which files are creating the results page for the tags?
Thanks, Enrico
Hello Basilis,
Thanks for your answer.
I’m using a child theme, but is there any example how to customize the result page? What do I have to customize?
I found some more topics in the forum regarding this question, but all seems to be not finished yet.
Thanks, EnricoHello,
no this can’t be the problem, because this is already done. I just removed the original domain to hide it in this post.
I’m now using contact form 7 as a temporary solution, but as I mentioned, I’m really wondering how often the build in form didn’t work in the last few month… This can be frustrating and I hope there is even a work around, because I do not want to change all of my client pages to contact form 7…
Thanks, EnricoSeptember 27, 2017 at 9:46 pm in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #857712Hello Ismael,
but even on your screenshot is something not correct, as I mentioned in this post:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/individual-background-images-for-each-tab-tab-element/page/2/#post-855230
Its your screenshot, I just made some notes in it.I’m not really sure how I can continue with the tab section. Seems that I’ve to remove it completely and think about something else.
Best regards
EnricoHello Victoria,
Okay, I didn’t thought about your idea to put the form on a separate page and open the page in a lightbox. I think I’ll go this way. Might be the easiest right now.
But to answer your comments to the pop-up:
Its not just the styling, also the form itself doesn’t work. This means I cannot send anything.
And yes, the pop-up on http://investoren-angebote.de opens every time you click on it, but not on the test page, which I was refering and using before.I’m just referring to the topic here:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/lightbox-for-mailchimp-form/#post-582439
Seems that it was working before. Maybe thats an option for any of your next enfold releases.regards
EnricoYes I have and I just did the test, but there is no change at all.
Thanks & best regards
EnricoWell, I’m saying that the pop-up is working randomly only. And I do not know the reason so far.
Since I’m using the pup-up on an other page, you can check it there. Its the same issue, but the pop-up is working. Only the form doesn’t work. Please find the access data below.regards
EnricoSeptember 25, 2017 at 5:59 pm in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #856634Well, to be honest I was expecting a different answer. I feel that you don’t have an idea how to solve this issue with the tab section. Is there any effort to improve it in the next enfold update? I’m not sure if I’m the only one with this appearance and performance problems for the tab section?
Thanks, Enrico
Hello Victoria,
I thought there will be an update on the enfold theme. And I’m interested if this issue is on your list?
Disable of cache and minification doesn’t do any change.Regards, Enrico
September 25, 2017 at 12:45 pm in reply to: Styling of standard form in lightbox not working #856458Yes, this is another issue, which I just figured out. Sometimes the form pops up, sometimes not. I don’t know the reason for that.
regards, EnricoHello Victoria,
is there any update to this issue at the moment?
Thanks, EnricoHi Victoria,
This page is anyway just a test page at the moment, but I need this function on several others pretty soon.
I activated the debug mode.regards, Enrico
Hi Victoria,
I did already and this works as it should work, no problems if I add it to the page directly.
Regards,
EnricoHello Victoria,
Thanks for your help. I just figured out that the whole form is not working within a lightbox. This means when I click the send button nothing happens. Also the required fields are not highlighted when they are empty. The hover effects are also not working.
If you want you can login and check those effects.
Thanks for help, Enrico
September 22, 2017 at 8:16 am in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #855230Hello Ismael,
I made sure that I do not look on a cached version. I tested the tac section with different mobile devices. For example on iPhone 5 I get this issues. It seems that the site performance is getting worse by using the tab section.
But even on your screen shoot is something wrong:
I’m wondering if we can find a working solution for this feature? Even we changed the bg image settings to scroll, which we actually do not want, but there is probably no other way to get it running.
Thanks for your help, Enrico
September 20, 2017 at 8:20 pm in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #854548Hello Ismael,
Yes, I changed back this modification:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/individual-background-images-for-each-tab-tab-element/#post-839693And I set back all CSS modifications, so right now there is no additional code, except this one:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/individual-background-images-for-each-tab-tab-element/page/2/#post-848913I also set the bg image to „scroll“.
It seams that the tab section is still not 100% developed. But since I’m using it now, I’d even like to get it run without styling issues.
Thanks, Enrico
September 20, 2017 at 6:58 am in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #854187Hello Ismael,
yes I think so. But even the bg image is fixed, the above mentioned issue occurs.
