FYI, everyone, I tried the headroom solution posted and it was a waste of time, it does not work.
Talawar is missing steps on purpose perhaps to get you to hire him or the script no longer works with the theme. Either way, it’s not a working solution.
This one truly “worked like a charm”:
http://wpexplorer-themes.com/total/snippets/sticky-header-scroll
Just replace #site-header with Enfold’s #header and it works out of the box.
You can thank me later ;)

Thanks, we’ll look into it.
July 24, 2019 at 9:54 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder not working with Plugin Popup Maker #1121756All right well I’ve done everything I can on my end.
I dunno why you guys can’t coordinate at all so right now it’s just kind of a shrug and leave it up in the air?
Disappointing to say the least.
July 24, 2019 at 2:33 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder not working with Plugin Popup Maker #1121549OK, so the BETA handles the custom CSS classes a little differently. I activated this by adding “show and allow to edit classes”.
Popup Maker still does not work, not loading any of the avia visual builder elements – showing blank.
It’s just not executing for some reason.
The creator of the plugin was trying to jump in here but he needs a license to join in
Is there any way you can invite him or coordinate to get this resolved?

Thanks
July 24, 2019 at 12:00 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder not working with Plugin Popup Maker #1121333No, unfortunately, the beta theme did not fix anything.
In fact, it caused more issues than expected:
– Popup Maker modal did not activate at ALL this time, instead of activating and showing blank content
– Other advanced CSS classes were eliminated or overwritten so text styling and tables were visually offBelow is what I mean regarding the second point in functions.php:
// Custom CSS for Advanced Layout Builder Elements add_theme_support('avia_template_builder_custom_css');
I think the above are possibly related.
Am I missing something?
Looks like there are still issues to sort out so that when you push your next theme version you don’t get any major conflicts.

July 22, 2019 at 3:20 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder not working with Plugin Popup Maker #1120867Thanks, Yigit.
We have version 4.5.6 of Enfold.
Do you think this will solve the issue with Popup Maker not rendering content from the layout builder on the page?
July 19, 2019 at 8:16 pm in reply to: Mobile Menu: Parent Menu Item / Dropdown toggle arrow #1120330This feels like standard functionality that should exist.
Enfold really needs to get on this as an option for a future update.
The mobile menu is otherwise quite hacky to achieve this desired functionality where you need to customize scripts to make it work how you want it.
Hi Victoria,
Has anyone previously asked for the same thing? Could this be a feature request?
Can you point us in the direction of which theme file(s) to modify so that we can provide more information to a programmer.
Thanks
Thanks Ismael.
We determined it was an issue on our end. A modification in JS. Apologies for the trouble – you may close this ticket
Hi Ismael,
Which page is that on? I don’t think that has anything to do with the invisible content on every page for the above described OS and Browsers.
I get the impression you guys haven’t even looked into the issue or a fix for it you’re just fishing for excuses to buy time to not look into the problem. It’s very strange to say the least.
Is anyone going to help on this one or not?
Hi Ismael
No, I don’t think that’s it. We aren’t currently using the preloader functionality.
I figured it might be related to CSS animation transparency not activating for some reason on this browser? Since the transparency starts at 0 it would explain nothing showing up?
OK… so will the latest update address this obvious issue or not?
Specifically vague and not very helpful responses so far on this.
When is this magical update happening?

Hi Basilis,
No, Browserstack renders native setups so that’s not the case. Do you understand how it works?
To confirm we tested in another product: https://www.browserling.com and got the same result.Have you looked into this known issue at all? It seems like a strange response on your end to come back with.
Is there a fix for it?
OK thanks I’ll figure it out then, You may mark as closed
OK, please let me know what the issue is. A conflicting plugin? Or… ?

I’ve attached the link in question. No matter the query, even if the content exists it returns a 404.
I was thinking maybe having two search fields on the same page you need to configure it differently?
Nevermind it was my mistake, I was using a content element instead of the layout element.

Thanks for getting back to me.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .av-mobile-fallback-active.avia-tooltip { visibility: visible; } }
I tried implementing that code and it didn’t seem to make any difference. Implemented into child CSS
Any other ideas? Were you able to login and take a look?
Thank you, that did it.
We definitely missed that step. The steps to do this aren’t very clear and a little all over the map to find the solution!
I am glad it is working now, though
Did you login with the information provided to check? You are still not correct. I don’t even know what you’re talking about.
the file in question in the parent theme is here:
/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-slideshow.php
I’ve placed it in:
/enfold-child/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-slideshow.phpIt is not working.
Can you please be more specific.
The website in question is using Enfold version 3.8.4

Can someone please clarify, Basilis suggestion came fast but it did not work. I’ve provided login info so you can go in and dig a little deeper for a solution
No – that did not work
Are you saying the child theme customization path needs to be:
/shortcodes/av-helper-slideshow.phpI also tried
/config-templatebuilder/shortcodes/av-helper-slideshow.php?
