Doesn’t look like a plug in, it was my browser cache. Cleared it and the PDFs showed back up. Jordan, this can be closed and thanks for the help, aribann.

November 1, 2017 at 1:15 am in reply to: PDF URLs not working after recent WrodPress updates #871038That is all that I put into the URL field of the Image, Link Settings page within WordPress. Something is inserting those other characters and I don’t know what is doing it.
October 31, 2017 at 11:44 pm in reply to: PDF URLs not working after recent WrodPress updates #871027I can’t edit it in text mode, it is an Image on the page and the data appears to be completely controlled by the Image widget that pops up when I go into edit mode. It offers tabs for Image Settings, Link Settings, Caption and Animation. On the Link Settings tab is the field to enter the URL, and it is clean – http://pointarenalighthouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/PAS_Announcement-2a.pdf
I was able to add some CSS code that a friend suggested and the menu problem is fixed. You can close this ticket.
Unlike any Kriesi support personnel, you actually spell out what the specific permissions problem might be. So, if indeed I have the permisstions to that specific file set so I can access it, you are saying that my menu issues will magically be fixed without any further action on my part?
OK, don’t know what changed but I am FINALLY able to get into the support system. So, we can knock that one off the list of issues, which leaves the following:
My website’s menus are transparent and look awful
My website’s top menu bleeds over onto the logoI just downloaded your latest update, but after reviewing all the comments about problems users are having with it (particularly with layersliders) I am not going to install it right now. I would prefer that you help me fix the 2 issues noted above before I risk updating and messing up more things on my website.
I also followed the directions at http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu-overlaps-logo-on-tablets/ for menu overlap with logo to no avail.
