I wasn’t aware that you need FTP too.
I’m very unhappy with the support. I had this problem in may 22nd and it takes around 3 days until I get an answer from you.
When some data is missing for you to support me, I gave you the missing data within a few hours and I expect you to check earlier than 3 days for the data.

I will now try to build my website with trial and error because the whole “webdesign process” is taking too long now.
I had other themes on different projects and their support answered within a day…..

I tried importing Enfold manually but I think I made a mistake.
Can you please install the standard demo on my site?
It’s ok that I’ll lose all conten and settings.
