Hi, I have the same issue. The new GA4 tag code don’t work with Enfold, it just doesn’t appear in the source code
Ok perfect, solved. It was the browser cache.
Thank youI have the same problem… and I have already installed the latest version of the enfold theme.
Will there be a new version that fixes everything?Without the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plug-in Enfold does not show the theme options….
Also updating the google maps have been disabled (which I had to manually reactivate)I solved the problem … it was a plug-in. :-)
I ran a test using safari user agent to simulate the view on iphone …
I think there is an error on the
wp-mediaelement.min.js!function(a, b) {
function c() {
function a() {
“undefined” != typeof _wpmejsSettings && (c = b.extend(!0, {}, _wpmejsSettings)), c.classPrefix = “mejs-“, c.success = c.success || function(a) {
var b, c;
a.rendererName&&-1 !== a.rendererName.indexOf(“flash”) && (b = a.attributes.autoplay && “false” !== a.attributes.autoplay, c = a.attributes.loop && “false” !== a.attributes.loop, b && a.addEventListener(“canplay”, function() {
a.play()
}, !1), c && a.addEventListener(“ended”, function() {
a.play()
}, !1))
}, c.customError = function(a, b) {
if ( – 1 !== a.rendererName.indexOf(“flash”)||-1 !== a.rendererName.indexOf(“flv”))
return ‘‘ + mejsL10n.strings[“mejs.download-video”] + “”
}, b(“.wp-audio-shortcode, .wp-video-shortcode”).not(“.mejs-container”).filter(function() {
return !b(this).parent().hasClass(“mejs-mediaelement”)
}).mediaelementplayer(c)
}
var c = {};
return {
initialize: a
}
}
a.wp = a.wp || {}, a.wp.mediaelement = new c, b(a.wp.mediaelement.initialize)
}(window, jQuery);This is the link to a test page that I created specifically to let you see the problem:
Important: run from mobile and compare it with the desktop version- This reply was modified 5 years, 5 months ago by emmegigrafica.
I also did a test with Enfold 4.4.1 … With that version everything is ok. The problematic version is 4.5.2 but also updating to 4.5.7 the problem is not solved.
Yes, thank you Mike, the problem has been fixed.
thanks Gunter… thanks to this change now everything works!
Hi Victoria,
I created a new test page, using the classic editor. But nothing has changed. I really think it’s a problem with the new enfold update.https://www.dropbox.com/s/tprd5nn0rqf1oul/Schermata%202019-02-18%20alle%2015.43.54.png?dl=0
Hi Victoria… Unfortunately, even with this change it does not work.
I have added access data in private.
Thank youI explain better. Before updating Enfold I used Maitenance Mode and I could work and see other pages normally (administrator login). After updating Enfold 4.5.4 the Maintenance Mode page normally works, I can work on other pages but I can’t see the preview other pages because the redirect leads me inevitably to the maintenance page even if I am logged in administrator.
To solve the problem I used the maintenance page as a home page, but I would like to understand how to do it in the future. Thank you
OK
