we only got this error randomly, we don’t know how reproduce it.
Every time we got it, it was fixed by updating every page that the elements didn’t load anymore on.Last time we got it during a WP update, so maybe that is a trigger?

sorry the page doesn’t exist on the staging but every other page should also work.
Right now the enfold setting is set to always load so the error is not there right now.
I’ve added a login link to the private content tab so you can change the setting yourself.
But the actual problem only appear randomly when the setting is switches to smart loading. So I don’t know how you could get the problem to appear consistently.Best regards,

we’ve just updated a staging version of the site to the newest enfold version and the problem still persists with the smart loading. Of course the problem isn’t there when enabling all elements.What else can I try to fix the problem with the smart loading enabled.We can also give you backend access to the site to check the error yourself

Is there a known solution to this problem?
I think I have the same problem.
When I update the WP Version of our website above 6.4.4 the header search appears twice and at the wrong position.
I also use add_shortcode(‘avia_search’, ‘get_search_form’); in the functions.php and the avia_search Shortcode is used in the menu.
I also already tried using the header.php from the parent but that doesn’t change anything.
michaelH can you share how you fixed the problem?The actual problem seems to be that the shortcode [avia-search] get loaded at the wrong position in the html. It actually loads outside of the li menu element

I managed to fix the Problem.
The cut of Content was because of the wp rocket cache.
Now the Content is shown correctly again.Hi Ismael,
when set to automatic height some of the content is cut of. You can see that when switching between the tabs. The Images are missing or some of text most of the time.
That is the problem that needs to be fixed.
Changing the Vertical alignment to Top doesn’t seem to fix that.Best regards,

I’ve removed the code from the staging site but I’m not entirely sure what that accomplishes.
Sure now the console error is gone but that doesn’t make the fold/unfold function from enfold anymore performance friendly.

We have a staging version. I’ve put the link in the private content.The fold/unfold function for text blocks is currently active for the text below “Einfach mal raus und alles hinter sich lassen…”.

The feature was temporarily deactivated because it was causing problems. This is not a real alternative but rather an emergency solution.
We have not activated file compression.

I noticed this page also not working properly (linked below) when not logged in OR without any parameters.
I’m really struggeling now, since this is normally a caching problem, but as I said, we do not have any caching plugins activated.On a 1:1 copy of the page, it works. I really don’t know what to do anymore.

yes, I’ve written the plugin developer at the same time, just to be sure to find the issue.
I’ve noticed that the shortcodes are gettinge executed with parameters, which are the tipical issues when facing a caching problem, but we do not have a caching plugin activated, so I really don’t understand why.Do you have an idea?

Guenni’s point was definitely true. I’ve changed the footer.php to the new version, but forgot the header.php.
After updating the header.php, the lightbox worked again. The problem is fixed, thank u guys. :)Best regards,

We don’t want to use the enfold slider, that’s why we built custom sliders with splide.Hi Mike,
