Hey!
Alrighty, let us know if you encounter the problem again and we’ll take a look.
Regards,
ElliottHey ablando!
I checked your link but you currently have the responsive setting disabled in Dashboard > Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions. Go ahead and check that option and let us know when your done so we can take another look.
Cheers!
ElliottHi ejo14!
It looks like you have done lots of customizations. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Create a backup.
3. Export your theme options in Dashboard > Enfold > Import / Export and save them to your desktop.
4. Hit the “Reset All Options” button to see if your site goes back to normal.
5. If it does not help then completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy.Regards,

Hi KK!
It looks like you have some custom CSS which is adding margin to the top.
.av-thin-font .av-special-heading-tag, .modern-quote .av-special-heading-tag { font-weight: 300; margin-top: 35px !important; }
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.av-special-heading { margin-top: 10px !important; }
Cheers!

Hey Indya!
In your slider settings select the “Slideshow” tab and make sure the “Start Slideshow” option is checked.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Are you referring to the form with the blue background? It’s currently in your sidebar so I don’t see an easy way of making it horizontal. There just isn’t enough space. Are you trying to move it to display beneath the header?
Go ahead and take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.

November 15, 2014 at 6:54 pm in reply to: Special Headline – what stylings/adjustments are possible? #351851Hi aovivo!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.avia-section .av-special-heading-tag { background: red; display: inline; padding: 10px; }
If that’s not what you were wanting then send us a link and we’ll take a look. You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Yeah it’s not displaying correctly on my end. Your source code looks kind of weird, two body tags, etc etc.
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and set your reply as private so we can take a closer look.

Hey!
I’m not sure. It might be some kind of caching issue with facebook. Another user reported this problem and after adding the tags in we had to wait a day until the the correct image was displayed.

November 15, 2014 at 1:27 am in reply to: Logo doesn't scaled in iPad Portrait/Responsive slider backgeound #351642Hi NaRanJiTo78!
1. Try this out, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/logo-wont-resize-correctly-on-tablet-ipad-tested/#post-351087.
2. Right now the images will scale down to always fit in the screen width. Are you trying to use a different image for mobile devices? Go ahead and highlight in your screenshot what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
ElliottHey djshortkut!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.avia-fullscreen-slider { background: black !important; }
Cheers!
ElliottNovember 15, 2014 at 1:07 am in reply to: One Page Website jump link not working and image change #351631Hi!
I think what your wanting is to use the LayerSlider element and make sure the width is set to 100% in the slide settings.
Best regards,
ElliottHi mrijnders!
Try this out.
.avia-button.avia-size-large { display: table !important; padding: 20px !important; }
Regards,
ElliottHey Wils1234!
First do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/, and then add a class to the magazine element and then add this to your Quick CSS field.
.my_class .av-magazine-time { display: none; }
Best regards,
ElliottHi zibaloon2!
Please see here, http://vimeo.com/64996057. It’s important to note though that if you use the layout builder on a product post then it will replace the Woocommerce template meaning the add to cart button, product images and description, etc etc, will not be displayed.
Woocommerce has an add to cart shortcode which you can use to get around that though.
Cheers!

November 15, 2014 at 12:46 am in reply to: Move Blog Post sharing icons at the top of the page #351621Hey scanman2121!
I’m not sure about 3.0 but the latest version is 3.0.2 and it should be the same steps as outlined in Josue’s post.
Around line 186 you should see this.
// echo the post content echo '<div class="entry-content" '.avia_markup_helper(array('context' => 'entry_content','echo'=>false)).'>';
Try adding this below it and then use Josue’s CSS.
avia_social_share_links();

Hi codecreative!
Try this.
.page-id-172 .avia-image-container-inner:hover img { -webkit-transform: none; -moz-transform: none; transform: none; -webkit-transition: none; -moz-transition: none; transition: none; }

Unfortunately it’s not as easy as it looks with the masonry because it can mess up the scripts. Try this out.
.av-inner-masonry { outline: 2px solid gray !important; }
Cheers!

Hey!
@aovivo, Try adding this to your custom CSS..header-scrolled .header_bg { opacity: 0 !important; }
Cheers!
ElliottHey ResQ78!
1. I do not think that would be possible.
2. Try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { nav.main_menu, nav.main_menu div, nav.main_menu ul { display: block !important; } nav.main_menu li { display: none; } nav.main_menu #menu-item-search { display: block; } nav.main_menu { position: absolute; top: 20px; right: 100px; } }
Cheers!

Hi!
I checked all of those elements you listed and they have the correct font weight applied in your CSS. What browser are you using? Can you take a screenshot and highlight the differences?
Cheers!

Hi Octopus4444!
To get that jagged look you would have to create an image to use for it. If your wanting to have a big grid of logos and slide between them then you can use our content slider for that and add the columns and images into each slide.
Best regards,
ElliottHey erhabi!
I’m not sure if this is the best way but what I would do is set a background image to the main container. You can create a 900 x 1 sized image and set the right part of it to be your pale green color and the left side to be white and then use this CSS.
.sidebar_right .main_color { background: url("URL to your image") repeat !important; }
That way you wouldn’t have to murder the grid CSS to get what your wanting.
Best regards,
ElliottHey jropchan!
I’m not sure I can understand from your link. I didn’t see any blank areas and I couldn’t find the “our team” text either. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing so we can get a better idea?
Cheers!
ElliottHi John!
The easy slider is designed to always display 100% width of it’s container so if you want to reduce the size a bit then you can putting it into a 2 / 5 column or shorter. If you want to change the aspect ratio then you can try the portfolio small image size.
Or if you want your images to all be a different size then I would look into the content slider element instead.
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
Yes, you can create a new page and then go to Advanced Layout Editor > Plugin Additions and then drag over the product slider, grid, and list elements.
But if your wanting to setup the default Woocommerce shop page then you can do so in the Woocommerce settings under the product tab.

Hey AriadPart!
I’ve never used xenu so I’m not sure what that could mean. I ran your site through the W3C link checker though, http://validator.w3.org/checklink?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fariadpartners.com%2F&hide_type=all&depth=&check=Check, and it seems to be ok.
