It looks like your using Enfold 3.0.3. Updating to version 3.0.4 should fix this issue. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

Your links are giving me 404 not found errors. I would contact your hosting provider to make sure everything is ok.
As for stuff not displaying make sure your using Enfold 3.0.4 to fix that issue. See here for updating Enfold, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

I checked your site on my Nexus 7 and the logo and image hotspots are displaying fine.
What version of Android is your tablet using? Also, that browser looks a little odd. Have you considered downloading Google Chrome for Android?

Navigate to Dashboard > Enfold and in the top left hand corner you should see a language switcher. You can switch between each languages and change the theme settings to whatever you need. For example if you wanted a different logo for your french side (perhaps if you were using text in the logo) then you can change the settings for each side.

I don’t recommend doing this as it will annoy your users. It will not stop them from downloading images either.
If you still want to go ahead with it then there are lots of plugins you can try, https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/disable-right-click.

It looks like your getting a 404 for the plugin CSS and JS.
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - [yourdomain]/wp-content/plugins/free-bulk-photo-to-product-importer-extension-for-woocommerce/assets/js/chosen.jquery.min.js?ver=4.0.1"Have you tried contacting the plugin authors?

It looks like your using Enfold 2.4.2. Update to the latest version, 3.0.4, should fix your issue. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

Yes it looks like it’s not working correctly. Let’s try the following.
1. Export your theme options in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export and then hit the “Reset All Options” button and then try changing the width and save your settings to see if it updates correctly. This will let us know if it’s a problem in your settings.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest and then check to see if it’s working. This will ensure that all of the files are available and not corrupted.

I see the contact form in your link. Did you get this sorted? Try clearing your browser cache.
It would be best to do a full update. If you have done customization then it would be best to add them to a child theme, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/.

I see the social buttons in your header, footer, and the icons with tooltips next to your image but I don’t think these are the plugin your referring to. Can you send us a link to the page where your displaying these social buttons?

@jcstone3, Your team member elements appear to be displaying and linking fine on my end though the images are not as big as the columns. Is that the issue your having trouble with? Go ahead and take a screenshot of what your seeing so we can get a better idea.
@mattmosman, It would be best to add your custom CSS into a child theme. That way you can do a backup and update the parent theme and save your edits. Try downloading our child theme here, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/, and then add your CSS to the bottom of the child theme style.css file.Best regards,

I don’t see that link in your menu. It sounds like your trying to create the drop down menus. You can do this in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. Make sure that you indent the menu links and also that you check to use the menu as Enfold’s main menu as seen in the screen shot.

It’s only happening in Firefox for me. I found this around line 821 in /enfold/js/shortcodes.js.

I see what you mean, that is pretty weird. The only thing I can think of is the files might be corrupted. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins and then activate the default theme and back to Enfold and check again to see if the option displays.
2. Create a backup and then completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure that all files are the latest and not corrupted.

Yes, that is correct behaviour. What you’ll want to do instead is disable the sidebar layout when editing the page and then drag over a 3/5 + 2/5 layout to your color section and then inside the 2/5 try dragging over the widget area element and select which sidebar you wish to display.
