Hey!
Try adding this.
.single .slide-entry-excerpt { display: none !important; }If that’s not working then send us a link so we can take a look.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
We do not have any elements that create a vertical separator. You would need to code in a custom fix with HTML and CSS.

Hey jeremyO!
The breadcrumbs for the single products are going to display like so.
Home / your shop page / product category / product nameI don’t think it’s going to be an easy thing to change this but send us a link to your page so we can get a better idea of what your trying to do.

Did you get this sorted? It’s displaying fine on my end.

If your still seeing problems then try clearing your browser cache and view in a different browser.
Best regards,

ElliottDecember 12, 2014 at 6:05 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder Circle of Death, CANNOT INSTALL UPDATE #367377Hey avinash2809!
Try completely deleting all copies of Enfold you see from your WordPress theme directory via FTP before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
That should fix the error your seeing.
Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Regards,
ElliottHey jimmymoto!
Hmm, it seems to be working fine on my end. I could switch between your menus and add new menu items and save. It looks like you have your menu area set to the “Main” menu and it’s displaying properly.
Go ahead and take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing so we can get a better idea.
Regards,
ElliottHey tristanbel!
Thanks for using Enfold.
You can create a custom widget area in Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and then drag your widget to this area. Next create a new page called “home” or something similar and then when editing the page look to the right for the “Sidebar Settings” option and then select the widget area you created.
Next navigate to Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options and select this page to display as your front page.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If that still does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

ElliottDecember 12, 2014 at 5:47 pm in reply to: easy slider doesn't work after update to wordpress 4.0.1 #367367Hey eddadee!
It looks like your using Enfold 3.0.2. Go ahead and update to 3.0.4 and let us know when your done.
See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Best regards,
ElliottHey chavamx!
Can you elaborate a little more? Are you trying to make it so the gallery fits inside the screen so the user does not have to scroll down?
Or are you trying to get rid of the animation when sorting the masonry elements? Go ahead and take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Cheers!

Hey SobeIT!
Navigate to Dashboard > SEO > Titles & Meta > Homepage and set the title there. If you have a page set to display as your frontpage in Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options then you’ll need to set the title when editing that page instead.
Best regards,
ElliottHey avrisar!
Not sure what it could be off the top of my head. Try deactivating all plugins. If that does not help then send us a WordPress login so we can take a look.

Hey darrenrhymer!
Just to make sure, your trying to do something like this, http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-business-flat/, (using a color section) but on the archive pages as well correct? We currently do not have any features for this so you would need to edit the archive.php template.
I did this on a personal site of mine in the past but it took quite a bit of time and code and it would have to be considered custom work. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.
Cheers!
ElliottHi mediax2014!
Try deactivating all plugins and try the import again. If it’s still not working then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
Regards,
ElliottHey Harris!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If it does not help then turn on WordPress debugging, http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress, and then send us a WordPress login so we can take a look.
Cheers!

Hi!
It looks fine on my end.

Try clearing your browser cache or view in a different browser to see if it does the same.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
I’m not seeing that on my end either. I’ll flag this for Ismael to see if he can see it.
Cheers!
ElliottDecember 12, 2014 at 5:13 pm in reply to: Image thumbnails with translucent play symbol for videos #367337Hi atlantio!
You can do this with our image shortcode. Just set the link to manual and then insert a URL to your video and it will display in a magnific popup when clicked on. When you use a video for the URL it will also have a play icon displayed on hover.
Regards,
ElliottHi ideasbyeb!
You can use an image service such as imgur.com to upload your screenshot and then copy it’s URL and click on the img tab here when writing a post to insert it.
Go ahead and send us a link and paste the code your using here for the icon box and we’ll take a look.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Add this to your custom CSS.
.main_color .container { background: white !important; }And then set your main color background in Dashboard > Enfold > General Styling to a custom color. That will give it the appearance that it is boxed but with full width header, footer, etc.
Best regards,
ElliottHi AlexKK!
Have you considered using the post types order plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/
You can drag the posts around to create a custom order.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
So it’s displaying fine for you now? Let us know if you have any other problems.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
I don’t think there is an option for that. I’m not sure of any way to do it either.
Have you tried contacting the event register authors to see if they have any idea on what it could be? Your still getting the youtube 404, are you using youtube anywhere on the page?
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
The MP4 should be all you need. Let us know if you see any other issues.
Best regards,
ElliottHi fidesco!
1. Add this to your custom CSS.
.iconbox_content_title { text-transform: capitalize !important; }2. See here, http://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-version-2-3-say-hello-to-our-new-iconfont-uploader. When you add a new font from fontello.com it should be available to select with the icon box shortcode.
Regards,
ElliottHey NaRanJiTo78!
Set the slider width to 100% and enable the fullsize option.
If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
Cheers!
ElliottDecember 12, 2014 at 12:54 am in reply to: I have problem capitalizing product name and Local delivery is not visible #367065Hi!
Do you have some kind of minimum order option for the shipping? I can see a choice to select between local pickup and local delivery but only when I add a bunch of items to the cart.
I’m pretty sure it’s a setting inside Woocommerce and not the theme so I would try contacting Woocommerce support for more info, https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us.
You also have shipping restricted to only the Netherlands. I’m not sure how Woocommerce checks that but it could be a factor to consider as well.

Hi!
Try opening up /enfold/includes/admin/register-portfolio.php and change line 34 from this.
'rewrite' => array('slug'=>_x($permalinks['portfolio_permalink_base'],'URL slug','avia_framework'), 'with_front'=>true),To this.
'rewrite' => array('slug'=>_x($permalinks['portfolio_permalink_base'],'URL slug','avia_framework'), 'with_front'=>false),Cheers!
ElliottDecember 12, 2014 at 12:21 am in reply to: Change the distance of the scroll down link on fullscreen slider #367053Hey!
It’s designed to scroll to the next section under it. If you want to change it to link to a specific element then you can find the code on line 505 in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow.php.
$html .= "<a href='#next-section' title='' class='scroll-down-link' ". av_icon_string( 'scrolldown' ). "></a>";But that will change it for every time you use it.
