Hey!
Hmm, try activating just the parent theme and check. Also try switching to the WordPress default theme and check to see if it happens there as well.
Cheers!
ElliottHey alexvr86!
Add this to your custom CSS.
main { padding-top: 0px !important; }Or if you only want it done on this page then drag a codeblock element to your content and add this inside.
<style type = "text/css"> main { padding-top: 0px !important; } </style>Regards,
ElliottDecember 18, 2014 at 5:41 pm in reply to: Megamenu styling, width, location, height .. all the works ;) #370098Hi nxghosting!
If you use 4 columns in the mega menu then it should display the full length of your site.
I tried viewing your link but it’s giving me a 403 forbidden error.
Regards,
ElliottHi superbikecoach!
You would create a new menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and then assign it to the “Secondary Menu” area.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
You’ll want to update Enfold to the latest version, 3.0.4, your currently using 2.4.1.
I’m not sure about the mobile site. Are you sure it’s not a plugin your using? There are lots of mobile plugins out there that check the user agent for mobiles and switch the default theme out for a new one.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
Send us a link and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.

ElliottHi Nancy!
Add this to your custom CSS.
.archive .blog-meta { display: none ! important; } .archive .entry-content-wrapper { float: left; } .archive .post-meta-infos span { display: none !important; }Regards,
ElliottHey!
I would try reloading a backup. If you do not have one then it would be best to reinstall WordPress.
Cheers!
ElliottHi liv2day_com!
The stylesheet on the other page is trying to load from /mind/e-course/fonts/ which is giving it a 404 error. What is the code your using?

ElliottDecember 18, 2014 at 5:22 pm in reply to: Contact Form Send to Different Pages from the Select Element Dropdown? #370074Hi Scott!
That would take a lot of time and code so it would have to be considered custom work. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization. Or you could try finding a contact form plugin that does this but I’m not sure of any that I can recommend. Perhaps gravity forms would have a feature like this, http://www.gravityforms.com/, but I would double check with the authors to be sure.

Your login is not working for me. Is there a typo?
@ogtoot, See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.Cheers!
ElliottDecember 18, 2014 at 5:14 pm in reply to: "Error establishing a database connection" when trying to load wp-admin #370065Hey!
Yes, you would probably need to reinstall WordPress to fix it.
Regards,
ElliottHi spavli2!
You can use the grid row element. Each cell has background settings like the color sections.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Add this to the bottom of your child theme functions.php file.
//first append search item to main menu add_filter( 'wp_nav_menu_items', 'avia_append_search_nav', 10, 2 ); add_filter( 'avf_fallback_menu_items', 'avia_append_search_nav', 10, 2 ); function avia_append_search_nav ( $items, $args ) { if(avia_get_option('header_searchicon','header_searchicon') != "header_searchicon") return $items; if(avia_get_option('header_position', 'header_top') != "header_top") return $items; if ((is_object($args) && $args->theme_location == 'avia2') || (is_string($args) && $args = "fallback_menu")) { global $avia_config; ob_start(); get_search_form(); $form = htmlspecialchars(ob_get_clean()) ; $items .= '<li id="menu-item-search" class="noMobile menu-item menu-item-search-dropdown"> <a href="?s=" rel="nofollow" data-avia-search-tooltip="'.$form.'" '.av_icon_string('search').'><span class="avia_hidden_link_text">'.__('Search','avia_framework').'</span></a> </li>'; } return $items; }Regards,
ElliottHey mattmikulla!
We have a grid shortcode for displaying products. When your in the advanced layout editor click on “Plugin Additions” and you can see some of our shortcodes for displaying products.
If you only want the thumbnails to display then we can do some CSS to hide the other stuff. Go ahead and send us a link to your site. You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Woocommerce also has a lot of shortcodes you can use, http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/.

ElliottDecember 18, 2014 at 5:02 pm in reply to: Post with post format of type Link, magazine element #370055Hi iko78!
The links appear to be working fine on my end. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what’s going on so we can get a better idea?
Is the problem that you want excerpts to display in the magazine element?
Regards,
ElliottHey!
You were adding the CSS to the wrong element. You can view the changes in your Quick CSS field.
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no_margin .flex_cell_inner { max-width: 100% !important; width: 100% !important; } }Or if that is causing weird behaviour then drag a codeblock element to your page and add this inside.
<style type = "text/css"> @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #av-layout-grid-2 .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no_margin .flex_cell_inner { max-width: 100% !important; width: 100% !important; } } </style>Best regards,
ElliottDecember 18, 2014 at 4:48 pm in reply to: Footer isn't responsive on the homepage like the rest of the website #370040Hi Chromepress!
Go ahead and update to Enfold 3.0.4 and then let us know when your done and we’ll take a closer look. When you update try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure you have all of the updated files.
Cheers!

Hi!
I switched the URL to http instead of https for the youtube video.
I was able to send a test email to my address and it arrived fine. I sent you a test email. Double check the address for typos and be sure to check your spam folder as well.
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
Send us a link to your page @CarstenF and we’ll take a look.
The best way to optimize your site is to use a caching plugin such as W3C total cache or WP Supercache, etc.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
It’s because of the color section your using on the page. There is a current bug with the default Woocommerce shop page and using elements that open up a new section. We’ll see if we can get it fixed in the next update but for now I recommend removing the color section from the page.
Or you can remove the page set for the “Product Archive / Shop Page” in Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Products and then change the permalink of your page to anything else besides /shop/. When no page is selected Woocommerce will use the /shop/ permalink.
Best regards,
ElliottDecember 18, 2014 at 12:48 am in reply to: Add background image to template which has a full-width slider #369824Hey laptophobo!
You can use a color section and place all of your content inside it and then set a background image to the color section.
Cheers!
ElliottHi GreggFranklin!
Before trying this make sure to create a backup in case you lose your settings.
Open up /enfold/framework/php/class-adminpages.php and change line 141 from this.
$avia_page = $page_creation_method( $the_title, // page titleTo this.
$avia_page = add_submenu_page( 'themes.php', $the_title, // page titleCheers!
ElliottHey Remco!
What kind of code is it? Go ahead and paste it here.
You can try dragging over a codeblock element to your content and then paste the code inside.
Best regards,

December 17, 2014 at 11:55 pm in reply to: How to automate navigation within portfolio categories and subcategories #369812Hi!
There is an option to have it display only posts with the same category as the current post, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia-post-nav-with-the-same-category/.
If you want to expand on that and exclude some categories then you can do this.
add_filter('avia_post_nav_settings', 'enfold_customization_exclude_cats'); function enfold_customization_exclude_cats($settings) { $settings['excluded_terms'] = '12,13,14'; return $settings; }Where 12,13,14 are the category ID’s you want to exclude.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
What problems specifically are you having? Go ahead and send us a link and take a screenshot highlighting what is going on so we can get a better idea.
If you remove the line your referring to in your first post then that’s going to remove all of Enfold’s compatibility settings with the plugin.

ElliottDecember 17, 2014 at 11:34 pm in reply to: Enfold 3.0.4 update did not solve problems after WP update #369806Hey!
It would be best to do it via FTP.
The only thing you will need to redo is any customizations done to the theme files as they will be overwritten.
See here for our child theme, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/.
Regards,
ElliottHey rusticc!
That’s a plugin your using? Try adding it inside a color section or a grid row.
Cheers!
