Hi!
Send us a WordPress login please.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
It’s because of the custom code your using.
nav.main_menu { float: right; margin-right: 15%; }}That is not needed at all. It’s going to change the position depending on the screen size.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
I’m on Windows 8 and I don’t notice any difference on my end. Perhaps it has something to do with your monitor. There was a recent Firefox update to version 35. Does it do the same in that?
Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing?
Best regards,
ElliottJanuary 14, 2015 at 12:09 am in reply to: Layerslider – slider preview blank and not showing any images. #379205Hey jubileephotography!
Hmm, not sure. It could be a permissions problem perhaps.
Are you using images from your Media Library or are you typing out the image URLs manually?
Try deactivating all plugins and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

The text widgets accept shortcodes. If you switch to the default editor and use the magic wand icon you can insert shortcodes into your page and then copy those to paste inside a text widget.
You can also do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, to see the shortcodes used in the advanced layout editor.

Hi!
I get an error saying user has not been activated.
Make sure to deactivate all plugins while testing. You can never know which plugin might be causing the problem.

Hey jhop75!
Do you have a folder called “tableau” in your WordPress root directory? If so then delete it and it should work fine.
Cheers!

ElliottHi orbital_shift!
For this it looks like you’ll want to use the footer 2 column setting in Dashboard > Enfold > Footer.
For the first footer widget area you can drag a text widget over and then add this inside.
<img src = "URL to your image" /> <p style = "text-align:center;">Here is some copyright text</p>And for the second footer widget area you can use another text widget and try this.
[av_one_third first] <h4>Title</h4> <ul> <li>List item 1</li> <li>List item 2</li> </ul> [/av_one_third] [av_one_third] <h4>Title</h4> <ul> <li>List item 1</li> <li>List item 2</li> </ul> [/av_one_third] [av_one_third] <h4>Title</h4> <ul> <li>List item 1</li> <li>List item 2</li> </ul> [/av_one_third]Cheers!
ElliottHey Lev!
Are you trying to change the titles to different headings? We don’t have any options available for that but we coded it to all standards and specifications to maximize your SEO so it’s not recommended to change them.
But the WordPress SEO plugin is great for setting the title and description and other meta of your content so yes we recommend using it.

ElliottHi!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.

ElliottJanuary 13, 2015 at 11:32 pm in reply to: contactform below portfolio image (ajax portfolio) #379180Hi 1711media!
This is kind of bordering on custom work. You can see the spot you need to add it on line 674 in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/portfolio.php.
$output .= "</div>";I suppose you could try using the do_shortcode function, http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/do_shortcode, but it’s most likely going to need a lot more work than that so it would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out.

ElliottJanuary 13, 2015 at 11:06 pm in reply to: Using the same Enfold folder in multiple 'developing environment websites' #379172Hi Casyi!
The license does not have anything to do with your layouts. Do you mean how can you update Enfold?
If your using a child theme then you do not have to worry about losing any customizations when updating Enfold. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
It looks like it’s from some CSS by a “wp-columna” plugin. I don’t have access to your plugins to check though.
Go ahead and deactivate all plugins and reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.
Cheers!
ElliottJanuary 13, 2015 at 10:39 pm in reply to: Changing Maximum Container Width doesn't result in any change #379158Hey sberendss!
The containers are set to 1010px. The option is not changing for you?
Try deactivating all of your plugins and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Regards,
ElliottHey halasyt!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Create a copy of your theme settings in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export and then hit the “Reset All Options” button to see if it’s a problem with your settings.
3. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If none of the above help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey webdesignIO!
Perhaps somewhere in your content there is an extra closing div.
</div>Send us a link and we’ll take a look.

ElliottHi tmbssolutions!
I’m sorry but I am having trouble understanding. Are you trying to change the sidebar layouts for your custom post type?
Go ahead and send us a link and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Regards,
ElliottHey Calcite!
You should be able to use the content | sidebar ratio option to do that. A ratio of 52 | 48 should get it to around 640px.
Can you send us a link?
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
That’s the single post view. You can find that one in the same file on line 177.

I think what your wanting to do is this.
.av-inner-masonry-content { background: none repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.4) !important; }If that’s not correct then take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.

ElliottHi!
For the social bookmarks in your header add this to the bottom of your functions.php file.
add_action( 'wp_footer', 'enfold_customization_footer_script' ); function enfold_customization_footer_script() { ?> <script type = "text/javascript"> jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery(".social_bookmarks a").attr("target", "_blank"); }); </script> <?php }Regards,
ElliottHey newsplash!
No, not currently. As an alternative you could have two contact forms and place them inside a tab or toggle element and the user can choose which one to use that way.
You could also try using a plugin such as Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms but I’m not sure if they have this feature or not.
Regards,
Elliott -
