Hey!
The two categories your using, “yllapito-tiedottaa”, and “hallitustiedote”, have no posts assigned to them. You have to assign some of your posts to these categories if you want them to display in the blog posts shortcode.

Hey!
If you did all customizations in the child theme then they are safe. Just completely delete the Enfold folder from your WordPress theme directory and then download a fresh copy of Enfold from themeforest and install it in WordPress.
You can export your theme settings in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export as an extra precaution.
Also try activating just Enfold instead of your child theme to see if the problem is in your customizations.

1. That would take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work. You can create a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and we may see something get added in a future update.
2. Open up /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php and around line 620 you should see this.
$items .= "<h3 class='av-masonry-entry-title entry-title' {$markup}>{$the_title}</h3>";Add this on the next line.
$items .= get_the_author();Best regards,

Hey photobooth214!
I think it will need the background so you can see the 3D transitions. I would try asking the plugin authors, http://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin-/1362246/support.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
I’ve never heard anything about that. You’ll want to contact the plugin author.
As far as I know Yoast not seeing your images has nothing to do with your SEO on the frontend. The only problem is for reporting your SEO in the dashboard. It will give you the red dot instead of the green dot but it does not have any effect on your SEO.

Hey!
Is zoom set to 100%? You have some external scripts loading it looks like. What happens when you deactivate all plugins and clear your browser cache?
Cheers!
ElliottHey slui!
You have to have some categories created for them to display. You can create them in Dashboard > Portfolio Items > Portfolio Categories. I went ahead and created one for you.

ElliottFebruary 22, 2015 at 5:56 pm in reply to: "500 internal server error" when trying to install Enfold as an additional theme #400236Hey bume216!
Try uploading it via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/.
If it’s still giving you an error then turn on WordPress debugging, http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress, and check your server error logs for more information.
Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

Add this to your custom CSS.
.header-scrolled .header_bg { opacity: 1 !important; }Cheers!
ElliottHi Richard!
You can export your content from the old site and import it into the new site. That’s pretty much all you can do. If you want to style it the same then you can use Enfold’s styling options.
Best regards,
ElliottHey rsaz!
You can import our demos in Dashboard > Enfold > Demo Import. If you actually want a right sidebar instead of a left sidebar then you can change that in Dashboard > Enfold > Layout Options.
Can you send us a link to your site so we can check the mobile issue? Be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Best regards,

Hi sbisllc!
They all look the same to me. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing?
Cheers!
ElliottHey satucker!
You can edit the 404.php file for that or if your wanting to edit some of the content of the 404 page then you’ll want to edit the /enfold/includes/error404.php template instead.

ElliottFebruary 20, 2015 at 10:42 pm in reply to: Same button height with text v-align center – 2 lines of text #399925Hi svenwalther!
Send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey CrazyGoodMarketing!
Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and click on the dropdown for each menu item. There should be a field there called “description” which you can use to set the sub heading text. If you do not see it then click on “Screen Options” in the top right hand corner of your screen and check the description field to display.
Best regards,
ElliottHey Rosa P.!
I logged in, activated Enfold, and then edited some of your settings and pages but I didn’t see any issues. Can you take a screenshot of the problem?
It would probably be best to have the customer create a themeforest account and purchase the theme there so he has access to automatic updates and the support forum.
EDIT: Just saw that you said it was the “garcia” site. I do not see that site in your dashboard though.
Regards,
ElliottHey Jkrueger635!
Go ahead and update Enfold to the latest version, 3.0.8, and then deactivate all of your other plugins.
If your still having the problem then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

ElliottFebruary 20, 2015 at 10:23 pm in reply to: How do I get rid of the white lines around the navigation items #399917Hi Paul!
Add this to your custom CSS.
#header .menu li, #header .menu a { border: 0px !important; }If that’s not working then send us a link and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey andreaboaretti!
Your talking about the primary menu correct? You can setup that menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.
Click on the dropdown for each menu item and there should be a field there called “Description”. If you do not see it then click on “Screen Options” in the top right hand corner of your screen and check the description field to display.
Best regards,
ElliottHey cece101!
You’ll need to ask the WooCommerce support about this, https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us.
And make sure to read the WooCommerce documentation for how to use the plugin, http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/.

February 20, 2015 at 10:15 pm in reply to: Blog post not appearing on front end after published #399911Hi James!
Perhaps your using the blog posts shortcode there and only have the orlando category selected?
Try deactivating all plugins and send us a link to the post that is not showing up.

ElliottFebruary 20, 2015 at 10:12 pm in reply to: hide the graphic area on a post and sidebar widget #399906Hi fixedopsinsight!
Add a codeblock element to your page and then add this inside.
<style type = "text/css"> article .slide-image, .news-thumb { display: none !important; } </style>Cheers!
ElliottHey omnisara!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having problems then send us a link to the exact page and a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey andrea_meini!
The coming soon demo is supposed to have a color section spanning the whole content with a background image set on the color section but yours does not have one set. Did you remove it and forget perhaps?
I went ahead and set it again for you.
EDIT: Looks like we posted at the same time. For the other pages you need to set a menu to the theme menu areas in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.

Hi waterwalk!
It looks like your using Enfold 3.0.2. You’ll need to update to 3.0.8.
See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Best regards,
ElliottHey emin!
That looks like a combination with a menu and slideshow. If your wanting to get it exactly like that then you’ll need to hire a freelancer because it is considered custom work.
If it was me I would try using our mega menus and set the header layout to left sidebar in Dashboard > Enfold > General Layout.
Or you could try finding a plugin that offers this functionality.

ElliottFebruary 20, 2015 at 9:44 pm in reply to: Setting up the blog to automatically post in chronological order #399892Hey keifygeorge!
I checked your link but I don’t really understand what I am seeing. Are you using a plugin there? If not then what is the code your using in that page?
If you want to display your recent blog posts then you can use our blog posts shortcode or you can setup one of your pages to act as the blog page in Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options.
If you are already using our blog posts shortcode there then something is wrong because the markup looks weird. Try doing the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
