Hey kidcabide!
I would copy the page.php or even the blank or archives page templates and start from there. You’ll want to create your own loop inside the file instead of using our existing loops, or whatever your trying to do.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Hmm, that does not look like any of our theme features. Are you using a plugin there? Have you contacted the plugin authors?
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Can you send us a link to one of your products and let us know which link your clicking so we can take a look? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Cheers!

Best regards,
ElliottHey!
I ran it through the google mobile tester but it didn’t show any problems, https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/.
Can you take a screenshot of the errors your getting?

Hey!
It looks like the page you were having trouble with has been sent to the trash now. Go ahead and delete it permanently and then create a new one and add your content in piece by piece to see which part is causing the problem.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Open up /enfold/config-woocommerce/config.php and around line 1465 you should see this.
$output .= "<ul {$id} class = 'cart_dropdown' data-success='".__('was added to the cart', 'avia_framework')."'><li class='cart_dropdown_first'>";And this on the next line.
$output .= "<div class = 'price_display'>".$woocommerce->cart->cart_contents_count."x items in cart</div>";And then add this to your custom CSS.
.price_display { position: absolute; right: 60px; top: 3px; width: 100px; }Regards,
ElliottHey!
Hmm, I’m not sure I understand. So in the Mazda AJAX preview you have 3 images, your just wanting to display one there? Or are you wanting each image to open up in lightbox individually and not as a gallery?
Regards,
ElliottHi!
For the image hotspots your supposed to edit the avia-modal.js file on line 681.
It looks like your using custom images for the markers so to make them bigger you will need to use a bigger image.
When I viewed your link there was also numbers being displayed on top of the markers which you can get rid of with this CSS.
.av-hotspot-container .av-image-hotspot_inner { font-size: 1px !important; }Regards,
ElliottMarch 11, 2015 at 4:03 pm in reply to: Procedure for adding custom post type and enabling it for use #409912Hi!
Not sure if we will be able to help you here but can you send us a link to your page and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do?
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and in sidebar area find the one called “Sidebar Pages”. This is the default sidebar that gets displayed for your pages. You can edit the widgets there.
There may also be a menu added to your page sidebar which you can turn off in Dashboard > Enfold > Sidebar Settings > Page Sidebar Navigation.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Not really sure what a good workaround for that would be. You could try adding a minimum height like I suggested in my previous post like so.
.entry-content-wrapper div li { min-height: 70px; }Another option would be to decrease the font size of the first column so it doesn’t break to multiple lines. Go ahead and highlight in your screenshot exactly how your wanting it to display and we’ll check if it’s possible.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
1. Hmm, are you sure? I deactivated all of your plugins and all of the errors went away. Your font started to load fine after that as well. Deactivate them all and then reactivate them one by one to see which plugin/s are causing the problem.
2. That is working fine on my XAMPP setup. It’s most likely all of the plugins your using is causing problems with it. Try it again when all plugins are deactivated.
Best regards,
ElliottHey RSNO!
Try this out, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/, and then clear your browser cache.
Best regards,
ElliottHi arcmktg!
It’s just a blank white screen? Try turning on WordPress debugging, http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress, and then load the blank screen again and check your server error logs to see if there is any useful information inside.
Also be sure to deactivate all plugins. Send us a WordPress login if your still having problems and we’ll take a look.
I would also try contacting mediatemple and let them know about this to see if you need to increase your memory, etc.
Cheers!
ElliottHi CharlieTh!
I’m not sure if that is going to look like how your wanting.
You can get started with this CSS.
.avia-testimonial-image { bottom: 0px; position: absolute; }Send us a link to your page and take a screenshot highlighting exactly how your wanting to change it so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
ElliottHi Cheryl!
We’ll have a new update tomorrow that includes a bugfix for this, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/a-conflict-with-gravity-forms/#post-409009.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Tab!
I do not think so. There are two sliders created by default and when you import our demos there may be some extras added.
Cheers!
ElliottHey markgibbons243!
I checked your link and it looks like the problem is that your menu is displaying all of your pages instead of the specific menu you have created, is that correct?
Make sure that when your editing your menu that the “Enfold Main Menu” option is checked and save.

Cheers!
ElliottHey Jon!
Try opening up /enfold/framework/php/class-form-generator.php and around line 371 you should see this.
showButtonPanel: true,Add this beneath it.
minDate: 7,Best regards,
ElliottHey Alex!
It looks like your using Enfold 3.0.5. Go ahead and update to the latest version, 3.0.8, and then deactivate all plugins to see if they are causing problems.
See here for how to update via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Best regards,
ElliottHey mar10nlund!
Hmm, can you send us a link to your page? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Tameez!
No there shouldn’t be. Can you send us a WordPress login and a link to the page?
Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Best regards,
ElliottHi navindesigns!
Are you wanting to change the menu on mobiles? If so then try this out, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changing-the-menu-on-mobiles/.
Cheers!
ElliottHi skywidget!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
#top .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-slideshow-arrows a { font-size: 25px !important; }Regards,
ElliottHi ZenzeMedia!
Navigate to Dashboard > Portfolio Items > Portfolio Categories and then click on the “View” button beneath each category to get the link.
You said these links are not working? They are not displaying your portfolio posts? Send us one of the links and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey SecretDiamonds!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having the problem after doing the above two steps then try this out, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-php-5-5-google-map-widget/#post-324190.
Cheers!
ElliottHey santhoshkodukula!
I didn’t see the link anywhere. Is your video on youtube or vimeo? If so then make sure in your account settings that the video is set to be public and not private.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Which options exactly? Take a screenshot of what your seeing.
Is Enfold updated to the latest version, 3.0.8? Also try deactivating all plugins to see if any are causing problems.
Regards,
Elliott-
