ElliottMarch 11, 2015 at 8:48 pm in reply to: ?iframe=true Lightbox custom dimensions (height/width)? #410088Hey hansmeiser!
I don’t think the magnific popup has an option for that, http://dimsemenov.com/plugins/magnific-popup/documentation.html#iframe-type.
You can use this CSS though.
.mfp-iframe-scaler { max-width: 500px; }If you need to use it only in one page then drag a codeblock element to your page and add this inside.
<style type = "text/css"> .mfp-iframe-scaler { max-width: 500px; } </style>Cheers!
ElliottHey HeavenlyPure!
The read more tag looks like this.

ElliottHey mczappa!
I’m sorry but I’m not sure I understand. It sounds like your talking about a message WordPress is giving you in the plugin screen saying your copy of WooCommerce needs to be updated, is that correct?
If so then try creating a backup and update the plugin to see if that works. Also be sure that Enfold and WordPress are updated as well.
Best regards,
ElliottHey martinmarek!
Hmm, when I try to view your site I get a blank white page.
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header, #header * { background: transparent !important; } #header { position: fixed !important; } }Best regards,
ElliottMarch 11, 2015 at 8:29 pm in reply to: Dummies guide to changing default font used for body copy(paragraphs of text) #410077Hey wendygardner!
I tried checking your link but it’s giving me a 404.
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { font-weight: 400 !important; } body { font-size: 12px; }If there are certain areas your trying to change then send us a link and take a screenshot highlighting exactly what your trying to do.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Robert!
It would depend on your screen size and the Masonry style your using. I tried checking your link but all I get is this.
Service Temporarily Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.Try contacting your hosting provider about that to see if everything is ok and then let us know when it’s back up.
Best regards,
ElliottHi Kevin!
Is Firefox updated?
If you have any Firefox add-ons, plugins, extensions, etc, installed then try disabling them temporarily to see if they are causing the problem.

ElliottHi df50!
1. Add this to your custom CSS.
.avia-slideshow-arrows.avia-slideshow-controls, .avia-slideshow-arrows.avia-slideshow-controls * { display: block !important; opacity: 1 !important; visibility: visible !important; }2. That would take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work for now. I would consider using the easy slider instead which has those dots your referring to.

ElliottMarch 11, 2015 at 8:17 pm in reply to: The „Header Phone number and some Text“ area disappear partly #410069Hey xianeK!
I tried resizing the browser a bit but everything looked ok to me. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing?
Cheers!
ElliottHi markpevans!

ElliottMarch 11, 2015 at 8:11 pm in reply to: Cannot remove padding from one fold – can do it for every other fold with a code #410065Hi LOGTJM!
I tried viewing your link but it’s asking for a request access.
Cheers!
ElliottHi theburningear!
I would try contacting the theme authors and ask if you can copy their code into a plugin so you can use it with other themes. Other than that I would try looking through plugins in the WordPress repo for displaying music embeds.
Or I would also consider using post formats. Here is an example of an audio post format, http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/2009/10/21/snowboarding-fun/.
Regards,
ElliottHi Pete!
First off try these troubleshooting steps out, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/.
99% of the time it’s a problem with your server so be sure to contact your hosting provider about this.
Cheers!
ElliottHi Marianne!
1. Yes this is the correct place.
2. You can click on “Account Overview” in the top right hand corner of this screen to view your previous posts.
3. I’m not sure what you mean here. Take a screenshot and highlight what is going on so we can get a better idea.
4. See here for how to install a child theme, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/. If your asking us if you did it correctly then we’ll need a link to your site to check.
Cheers!
ElliottHey unavailable!
Try adding this to the bottom of your functions.php file.
add_action( 'init', 'enfold_customization_remove_custom_link' ); function enfold_customization_remove_custom_link() { remove_filter( 'attachment_fields_to_edit', 'admin_attachment_field_media_author_credit', 10, 2 ); }Cheers!

ElliottSawadee Kap Dotanewbies!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { padding-top: 5px !important; }I didn’t really see any areas where the marks are being hidden but try that out and let us know if it helps.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
@lanclet87, As I said this is usually a problem with your server and has nothing to do with the theme. Please keep in mind that our themes are used on thousands of websites which have no issue sending emails. It would be best to contact your hosting provider and let them know about this to see if the mail server is having problems. Also do the troubleshooting steps in my previous post, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/contact-form-does-not-send-e-mails/#post-358605, and let us know of the results.

March 11, 2015 at 5:46 pm in reply to: Advanced Layout Editor won't Load, Everything is Up to Date #409994Hey!
If your typing out some code then try placing it inside a codblock element instead of a textblock. That should stop the area from breaking. Also make sure that all elements are closed properly.
If that’s not helping then send us a WordPress login so we can take a closer look at the content your using in the page.
Cheers!

ElliottHi!
So it’s working with other email addresses but not your hotmail address? Are you sure there are no typos in the address? Also be sure to check your spam folder.
Cheers!

I see the correct tags in your source code. Clear your browser cache and any caching related plugins you might have installed and then try sharing the post again.

Hi!
That’s not as easy as it sounds. You would have to do a lot of javascripting and of course when you resize the browser the text would fall onto the next line again so you would have to check for that, etc etc.
Did you try the CSS I posted?
If you want to change the height for each row then you can do this as well.
.entry-content-wrapper div li { min-height: 70px; } .entry-content-wrapper div li:nth-child(3) { min-height: 120px; } .entry-content-wrapper div li:nth-child(4) { min-height: 150px; }EDIT: I think I may have found a better way. Try this instead.
.avia-table > .pricing-table-wrap:first-child { position: relative; top: -60px !important; width: 50% !important; } .avia-table > .pricing-table-wrap { display: inline-block; width: 16% !important; }Regards,

Hi Blaise!
When you edit the contact form there will be a setting called “E-mail subject”. Is that option not working for you?
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Do you have the form set to redirect to a new page when submitted? If so then make sure there are no typos in the URL.
Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
If your pasting it then make sure to paste it inside the text editor. If you paste it inside the visual editor then WordPress will surround it with pre / code tags.
Cheers!
ElliottHi annenelson!
Try completely deleting the existing theme before uploading the new copy.
That is an old version your using so I’m not sure if there will be problems or not when uploading to the latest. It would be best to create a backup first and also make sure that WordPress is updated and all plugins are deactivated while testing.
