Hey!
It will display in the center of the screen with a “background-size: cover;” so it will automatically resize to cover all screens. If you want to use a smaller image then you can but the quality may be reduced. It’s just a matter of balancing quality and speed to get a result you like.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
I found this, http://codepen.io/shivasurya/pen/FatiB, which may help you out in creating your own.

So I checked your page but the contact form seems to be working fine. The problem is that your not receiving the emails? If so then please do each of these troubleshooting steps, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/, and let us know of the results.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
I don’t have a windows phone to test on but it looks fine on Android. The only problem I saw was that the parallax backgrounds were displaying as blank but if you update to Enfold 3.1.2 then that should be fixed.
If it’s not released already then it should be here soon.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Most of your images look good but the parallax backgrounds probably need to be optimized, they are totaling around 3 – 4 MB. I would try around 900 x 900 and check to see if that looks good for you. It’s just a matter of balancing the quality and speed to figure out what your okay with.
Also, your site looks fine on the Moto E and Nexus 7.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
If your using a custom permalink structure then please read this, https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks.
If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and let us know if we can deactivate your plugins while testing.
@shreinmedia, Your pagination is working fine for me. Did you get it sorted?Regards,
ElliottHi!
Is it working now? I activated Enfold and then activated your child theme again and I don’t see the title bar anymore.
I tried deactivating your plugins for testing but it keeps redirecting me to a page saying, “Are you sure you want to do this?” and quits.
It seems like your site has undergone quite a bit of customization so it’s hard for us to figure out what’s going on. I would try creating a backup and then delete all of your plugins (also the extra copies of Enfold you have in your theme directory) and then download + upload a fresh copy from themeforest. After doing this you should have a fresh copy of Enfold 3.1.1 or 3.1.2 (we have a new update in the queue right now) and you can check it with that.

Hmm, I just tested on my end and on your site but using absolute paths does not reload the page for me (except when on a separate page of course). What operating system and browser are you using?
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
It’s still not happening on my end. Is it only a mac issue? Does it happen in all of your sliders or just that specific one?
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
I don’t have an iPhone to test on but it looks fine on the Nexus 7 and Moto E.

ElliottHi Jaap!
Yes it seems like this would be a good feature to have. Go ahead and create a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and we’ll probably see an option get added in a future update.

Hey knitsfor!
Yes, most likely. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Regards,
ElliottHey jruizmatrix!
It happens every couple of hours? Not sure what it could be. Try viewing the site in Firefox next time it happens and open up the Firebug debug add-on to see if there are any javascript errors.
Also, it would be best to update WordPress and Enfold to the latest versions.

Hey codecreative!
It’s from the fullwidth submenu your using at the bottom. Whenever you use a fullwidth element the sidebar will always display beneath it. This is just the default logic a page takes. For example if you had multiple fullwidth elements then where would the sidebar go? On top? In between?
What you can do here instead is use two columns above the full width sub menu and then in the right column use our “widget menu area” element to display some widgets.
Cheers!
ElliottHi swipi!
Make sure your not using any static pages in Dashboard > Settings > Reading and then deactivate all of your plugins.
If that does not help then try creating a copy of your .htaccess file and then delete it and refresh your permalinks in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
If that does not work either then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Cheers!
ElliottHi Sabine!
Are you talking about this page? http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-photography/blog/
That is using the Masonry element instead of the blog posts element. The posts with the icons above the title are using special post formats, image, gallery, video, etc etc.

Hi!
I edited your first testimonial and retyped the text out and it’s displaying fine. Perhaps it has something to do with your keyboard or browser encoding? I’m not really sure. If they are not set to UTF-8 then try switching to that and type the text out again.
Cheers!
ElliottHi bkinckorea!
That is not going to be easy to do. I suppose you could try using the stretched layout and then use a 1/5 + 4/5 + 1/5 column layout with widget areas in the 1/5 and your main content in the 4/5 but that would also take some CSS work to get rid of the margins.
I’m sorry but I don’t really see an easy way of going about this and still making it look good on mobiles. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.
Regards,
ElliottHi Krissie!
Is this the one your referring to? http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/transparent-header/
We are using a fullscreen slider there and in each slide you can set a caption to display.
Or you could use a color section element and add your text in with a special heading or textblock, etc etc.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
For the text and the button in the first section use a 1/1 column and then add a codeblock element to it with this inside.
<p style = "float:left; margin-right: 20px;">Here is some text</p>And then add a button beneath the codeblock and make sure it’s set to align left.

Hey Magnus!
You can view what was changed in the version.txt file. If your trying to preserve customizations before updating then it would be best to do them in a child theme, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/, so they are saved between updates.
Regards,
ElliottHey WolfvanHaeren!
If your still having problems then reply in that thread instead of opening a new one please.
Cheers!
ElliottHi jfilali!
Are you sure you have the “Sticky sidebar menu” option in Dashboard > Enfold > General Layout set to “Always sticky” or the first option?
Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

ElliottMarch 23, 2015 at 9:25 pm in reply to: WooCommerce new order email notifications is not working. #416719Hi davehice!
What happens in the default theme? It would be best to ask this question to WooCommerce support.
Double check your email address for typos and also check the spam folder as well. Also make sure all of your email settings are setup correctly in Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
Regards,
ElliottHi Steamed!
Navigate to Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options and here you can select the which page to use for the homepage and blog page.
Cheers!
ElliottHey sccsecurity!
When you select the transitions make sure you deselect all of the 3D transitions also. Other than that you could try removing the background image of the slide and then set it as a new layer.

ElliottMarch 23, 2015 at 9:16 pm in reply to: How do I change the colour of the headings in the footer widgets? #416707Hi kinnear!
You can do this in Dashboard > Enfold > General Styling > Footer > Footer heading color.
If you do not see this option then make sure Enfold is updated to the latest version.
Cheers!

Hey tjpicasso!
That would take too much work to do it in boxed layout. If you switch to the stretched layout though we can give you some CSS to make it look like the boxed layout and still have a fullwidth header.
For the menu links add this to your custom CSS.
nav.main_menu a { border: 0px !important; }Regards,
ElliottHey!
It seems to work fine when Jetpack is deactivated. Not sure why, there wasn’t any errors or anything out of the ordinary. I would try contacting the LayerSlider plugin authors about this.
Cheers!

March 23, 2015 at 8:58 pm in reply to: Editing Pages Causes Most of the Page to Become Deleted! #416697Hey elliotstiller!
Is it only this one page that is having the problem? Make sure if your typing out HTML that you close all of your elements properly.
Also try deactivating all plugins while testing.
Send us a WordPress login if your still having trouble and we’ll take a look.
