Hi susanamoraal!
It looks like your using Enfold 3.0.8. Updating to the latest version, 3.1.3, should fix that.
See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Best regards,
ElliottHi erikvermeulen!
It’s not going to be easy to limit the show more button on mobiles but if you’d like we can give you some CSS to hide some of the items on mobiles. Send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look.
Cheers!
ElliottHi ugursmsk!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media screen and (max-width:500px) { #fullscreen_slider_0, #fullscreen_slider_0 * { max-height: 200px; } }Best regards,
ElliottHi glozemedia!
You have a textblock beneath the video with some scripts inside it. It should be in a codeblock element instead.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
3. Hmm, it seems to be displaying fine on my end. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do with it?
4. Are you trying to make it fullscreen? If so then around 1500 x 1000 or similar size should display fine on most screens.
Best regards,
ElliottHi bloemenobject!
It should be fixed in the next update, 3.1.4, which has been pushed to themeforest. It should be available in a day or two.

Hey!
Did you set it to be publicly queryable, https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_post_type, and did you give it a custom taxonomy?
Best regards,
ElliottHi alexrvs!
You were getting that error when a certain plugin was activated?
Make sure WordPress and Enfold are updated to their latest versions. There should be a new version of Enfold out in a day or two, 3.1.4.
Best regards,
ElliottHi stefmichaud!
It should be fixed in the latest version. Try clearing your browser cache. If your using a caching plugin then be sure to clear it’s cache as well.
If it’s still not working then perhaps the update did not finish all the way. Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure all files are up to date.

Hi GIEKApl!
Create a new page and drag the Masonry element to your page content. You can then select the portfolios to be used in the shortcode options.
As for styling it send us a link to your page and take a screenshot highlighting exactly what your trying to do and we’ll see if it’s possible.
Best regards,
ElliottHi kops!
You could surround them in an actual list like so.
<ul> <li> icon code goes here </li> <li style = "padding-left:20px;"> icon code goes here </li> <li> icon code does here </li> </ul>Cheers!
ElliottHey draig!
Hmm, the portfolio grid should only be displaying the title or the excerpt. Do you mean the single portfolio view? Go ahead and send us a link to your page so we can take a closer look.
Cheers!
ElliottHey stefmichaud!
The parent theme and child theme act as separate themes so all of their options are going to be saved separately. There is an option in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export though if you want to import the parent theme settings into your child theme.
Cheers!
ElliottHey altei!
Hmm, not sure what could be going on there. When you upload a new image to the media library Enfold will create some thumbnails to use in certain areas but those should not be displaying there at all.
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
Hmm, not really sure what could be going on there. I would try contacting themeforest support to see if there is any problems with your account or with the Enfold license.
You can always update via FTP though, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Your supposed to use it for preventing the search engine crawlers to index certain areas of your site. Like if you did not want certain pages to display in the search engines or preventing the archives from loading.
I don’t think it’s going to matter performance wise if you disable the javascript. It might actually hurt your SEO though if the crawler needs the JS to parse your page. I’m not too sure about it. I would try asking on an SEO forum or the google webmaster forums.
Cheers!

Hi!
Not sure why they would have changed sizes, none of our other customers have experienced anything like this.
I tried viewing your link again but it looks fine to me now so I assume you changed the sizes manually. Send us a link to where they are still using the wrong size and we’ll see if it’s possible to change it with CSS.
Regards,
ElliottHey milanissimo85!
I’m not sure what it could be. I didn’t see any javascript errors. I’m surprised you can use it like that actually.
Have you tried contacting the plugin authors?
Cheers!
ElliottApril 29, 2015 at 5:29 pm in reply to: Easy Way to Make Testimonial (Content Element) Images Spin #436871Hi mchi8600!
You would just need to follow the tutorial and add the CSS to your site. You can right click and view your page source to see the ids and classes the testimonials use.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
I’m not sure. Perhaps the umlaut is causing problems. I would try looking into the contact form 7 or gravity forms plugins to see if they have this feature.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
You wouldn’t be able to change that with CSS unfortunately. It would have to be done in the PHP files. It would be best to contact the plugin authors to see if it’s possible.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!

Hi!
Hmm, something weird is going on with your site. Yesterday I tried creating a new page called “Test2” and I inserted the blog posts shortcode but when I try to view it on the frontend I get this.
502 The page request was canceled because it took too long to complete What can I do? Site visitors: There was an issue serving your request, please try again in a few minutes. Site Owners: A request for either a page, script, process, or query has taken too long to complete and has been cancelled due to a bad gateway. You should visit your error log for more information.I tried again today but it’s the same. Try contacting your hosting provider and let them know about this.

Hey peterash!
The AJAX script queries your page markup for the title to display it so you need the actual product content to display in the post as you use it. If you use it on a page then there isn’t any product content to grab. Kriesi said he is looking into adding it for a future update though. It’s most likely going to take a lot of changes so I would wait for that.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
It’s working fine on my XAMPP setup. Your sure you added it to the child theme functions.php file? Also make sure your using the latest version of Enfold (3.1.3) and that all plugins are deactivated while testing.

Hey Smaskit6!
Instead of doing that try creating a copy of the page.php file and then surround line 28.
get_template_part( 'includes/loop', 'page' );With your if statement for checking the user permissions.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
I’m not sure if any of us has a windows tablet to test on. Have you tried doing a tap but hold it for a second or two? This simulates a hover on Android. Not sure how it works on that device.
EDIT: It looks like that’s how it’s supposed to work for the Surface tablet at least, http://superuser.com/questions/503004/equivalent-of-mouse-hover-on-a-touch-screen, should be the same for other Windows mobiles.
Cheers!

Hey!
Add this to align them left.
td.label { text-align: left; }I’m not sure what you mean by the other request. Take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
