Hi earthdog!
1. You’ll need to place it inside a directory named “includes”.
2. I haven’t tested it out but I don’t see why it would not be working, https://codex.wordpress.org/Page_Templates. What are the edits your doing?
Best regards,
ElliottHey mrshaffly!
You could do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/, and then give the headings a special class and then use this CSS to increase their font weight.
.customClass { font-weight: 600 !important; }Regards,
ElliottHi!
Thanks for posting your solution. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Cheers!
ElliottHey simonac!
It looks fine on my end. What device are you using? Can you take a screenshot?
If your using an Android device then make sure you download the official Chrome browser if it’s not already installed.
Regards,
ElliottHey mixedmedia99!
That would take a lot of time and code so it would have to be considered custom work. It would be best to contact Woocommerce support or hire a freelancer.
Cheers!
ElliottHi Serena!
Are you trying to do something like this?
.menu > .menu-item > a { height: 115px !important; line-height: 180px !important; }Regards,
Elliott-

Hi markkus2!
That’s our Masonry element. You can select products to use as the custom taxonomy in the Masonry settings.

ElliottHey brianwelsh!
Try changing line 230 in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/gallery.php from this.
$thumbs .= " <a href='".$link[0]."' data-rel='gallery-".self::$gallery."' data-prev-img='".$prev[0]."' {$class} data-onclick='{$counter}' title='".$description."' $markup_url><img {$tooltip} src='".$img[0]."' width='".$img[1]."' height='".$img[2]."' title='".$title."' alt='".$alt."' /></a>";To this.
$thumbs .= " <a href='".$link[0]."' data-rel='gallery-".self::$gallery."' data-prev-img='".$prev[0]."' {$class} data-onclick='{$counter}' $markup_url><img {$tooltip} src='".$img[0]."' width='".$img[1]."' height='".$img[2]."' title='".$title."' alt='".$alt."' /></a>";Best regards,
ElliottHi sepruda!
Your sure you are indenting the menu items correctly to create sub menus? Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
But first update Enfold to the latest version 3.1.5. Your currently using 3.0.4.

Hey Ben!
I’m on Windows so I don’t see it but you already have the header background set to transparent so the only green that you should be seeing is the slider. Take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing so we can get a better idea.
Cheers!

Hey danfarberoff!
First off make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.1.5. Next when you set the featured image look to the right under the “Attachment Details” section (when selecting the image) and there is a field for setting the caption.

ElliottMay 12, 2015 at 5:44 pm in reply to: Display the Title Bar with Page Title and Breadcrumb Navigation #443210Hey Ayllon!
Not sure what’s going on there.
I created a new page and it’s displaying fine. How did you create the pages? Did you use the duplicate plugin you have installed?
Regards,
ElliottHi Photo_Africa!
In the menu at the top of this page is a search icon. Click on that and you can search in the forums.
Cheers!
ElliottHey LorbeerDesign!
It looks like your using the advanced layout editor there. In this case you will need to manually type the date out in a textblock element or something similar at the start of your post content.
If you want your post to display like a regular post instead of a page then you will need to use the default editor.
Cheers!
ElliottHey draig!
Try completely deleting the theme and then download + upload a fresh copy from themeforest via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

ElliottMay 12, 2015 at 5:20 pm in reply to: Adding a widget area to the header – below logo, above main menu #443184Hey MartinNorton!
Sure, send us a link to your page and we’ll give you some CSS to use.
Best regards,
ElliottHey Nathan!
I would try deactivating all of your plugins to see if any are adding that. If that does not help and your site was indeed hacked then contact your hosting provider and work through this troubleshooting guide, https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked.
Best regards,
ElliottHey emorales!
It looks like your using the advanced layout editor there. If you want the posts to display like regular posts instead of pages then you’ll want to use the default editor instead.
The advanced layout editor is for users who need complete control over how their posts display.
Cheers!
ElliottHey msmazza!
Navigate to Dashboard > Enfold > Header > Header Layout and for the “Logo and menu position” option set it to “Logo center menu below”.
Regards,
ElliottHi jr3creative!
Add this to your custom CSS.
@media screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header_main .widget { display: none !important; } }Regards,
ElliottHey rounsevell!
1. I viewed your site but I don’t see any images in your slider. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do here?
2. It would be best to wait until we have tested it out but you can copy the plugin files into /enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/ to overwrite them.
3. See here, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/register-additional-google-fonts-for-theme-options/.
4. Hmm, that sounds odd. Can you send us a link to the exact page and paste the code you used here?
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Did you edit the HTML classes / IDs? If so then that’s probably why it’s not working. You’ll need to target the existing contact form 7 classes and IDs with CSS and not change any of the markup.
Best regards,
Elliott-

Hey gigoz!
1. Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
2. Add this to your custom CSS.
#after_submenu { border: 0 none !important; }Regards,
ElliottHey mleite1!
Your site looks fine to me. What is the problem your having?
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
It’s the same if your using a child theme. Be sure to create a backup first.
Also try just activating Enfold to see if the problem is in your child theme.
Regards,
ElliottHey jenki!
We can give you some CSS to force their sizes.
.thumbnail_container img { height: 300px !important; }But that’s going to make them look distorted since the image sizes your using are very different. It would be best to crop them before uploading.

ElliottMay 12, 2015 at 4:46 pm in reply to: Contact form submitting, but not sending submission to admin email #443140Hey!
I still don’t see any forms in the link you provided. Does it work in the default theme? Contact your hosting provider to see if they have any ideas on why your having trouble with emails.
Cheers!
ElliottHey envisageiam!
That is a part of the vimeo embed so I don’t think there is a way to remove it, https://vimeo.com/forums/topic:37769.
Best regards,
ElliottHey felipetto!
I sent an email and it returned a message saying this.
Sua mensagem foi enviada com sucesso. Obrigado. Is that not the expected behaviour? If not then go ahead and contact the plugin authors about this to see what they say. Also try deactivating all of your other plugins to see if they are causing problems.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Try opening up /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-tooltip.js and change line 14 from this.
event: 'mouseenter', //mousenter and leave or click and leaveTo this.
