July 15, 2015 at 3:47 pm in reply to: "Advanced Layout Editor", "Add Media", "Upload" do nothing when I click on them #473798
Hey!
Well in your main WordPress installation the permissions look fine, 755 on folders and 644 on files, which should be okay. But in the test sub directory (which is the login you provided for us) most of the files are 777 permissions and the server probably is not liking that.
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory and download + upload a fresh copy via FTP. Check the permissions to see if they are 755 on folders and 644 on files. If they are different then contact your hosting provider and let them know about this to see what they say. Some servers can be configured differently and need a certain permission structure.
Cheers!

July 15, 2015 at 3:35 pm in reply to: Three websites continually report errors in theme log files #473789Hey!
I’m not sure why you were getting the errors but it looks like they were all about a month old. If your not getting any new errors when visiting your site then you can consider the problem fixed.
Yes, you could activate the plugins to do more troubleshooting and see if you get any new errors.

Possibly, it’s something that our devs have been looking into. Though it looks like the filter you posted is only available in the premium version of the plugin.

It looks like your using the Masonry element there to display the products. It would be best to use the “Product Grid” or “Product List” elements in the “Plugin Additions” tab of the layout builder. They were specifically built for this.
Woocommerce also has some shortcodes available for displaying products that you can use, http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/.

Hey!
Are you trying to use the read more tag? You would just need to add it to your post content from the WYSIWYG editor. I’m not sure if that’s what your trying to do though so go ahead and send us a link to your page so we can get a better idea of what your trying to do.
Best regards,

Hey!
Try dragging a codeblock element to your page content and add this inside.
<style type = "text/css"> .avia-heading-row > th:nth-child(2) { width: 50%; } </style>Best regards,
ElliottHey!
That is why I suggested adding a class to it. If you target only UL then it’s going to affect the lists everywhere, including the menus, and other shortcodes.
You could target only the lists in the main content area with this CSS..
.entry-content ul {But it’s still going to affect some shortcodes such as fullwidth menu. It would be best to just add a class to it.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media screen and (max-width: 900px) { nav.main_menu { display: none !important; } #advanced_menu_toggle { display: block !important; } }Best regards,

Have you contacted MailChimp support? You’ll probably need to edit the MailChimp plugin to add those attributes in. It’s kind of bordering on custom work so it would be best to contact a freelancer to help you out with that.
Cheers!
ElliottHey charger70!
Add this to your custom CSS.

In the portfolio grid settings select “Choose the portfolio grid image size manually” in the “Portfolio grid image size” option and then set the image size to “No Scaling”.

Try Dashboard > Enfold > General Styling > Fonts. There is an option for setting the theme default font size there.
Cheers!
ElliottHey yoeladam!
You can add the fullscreen slider to your page content and let us know when your done and we’ll give you some CSS so it only displays on mobiles and vice versa.
Cheers!
ElliottHey tech500!
There should only be one H1 tag. Perhaps your using a Woocommerce extension? Send us a link to the product / page and we’ll take a look.
Regards,
ElliottHi Carlos!
It should still scroll if your on the home page. If your linking from another page to a specific section then it will automatically go to that section as the page is loaded, no scrolling.
Cheers!
ElliottHi thecszone!
For the logo and menu you can set a custom pixel height for the header in Dashboard > Enfold > Header.
As for the other areas can you send us links to the exact pages and take some screenshots highlighting the exact areas?
Cheers!
ElliottHey smorrone!
I see the menu but I’m not sure I understand. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing?
Regards,
ElliottHi Remonudi!
You have a couple of javascript errors in the page. Are you adding scripts anywhere in the page content?
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Best regards,
ElliottHi pinzanoaltagl!
Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.2.3.
What happens when you create a new slider? Does the preview work there? It’s usually because your using one of the LayerSlider settings in the wrong way or using weird values.
Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.image-overlay { display: none !important; }Or if your just using it on that page then try dragging a codeblock element to your page content and add this inside.
<style type = "text/css"> .image-overlay { display: none !important; } </style>As for the double popups. You could try changing line 899 in the /js/avia.js file from this.
exclude : '.noLightbox, .noLightbox a, .fakeLightbox, .lightbox-added, a[href*="dropbox.com"]',To this.

ElliottHi Daniel!
You can change the blog style in Dashboard > Enfold > Blog Layout. This effects the archives (category pages) as well.
Other than that you could edit the archive.php file and use the do_shortcode function, https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/do_shortcode, to create your own layout. I don’t recommend doing redirects.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
There are options for that in the icon and image elements but not buttons yet. Consider creating a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and if it gets enough interest we may see some options get added in a future update.

Delete the images and then edit your page again and use the “add media” button to add the images to your page.

ElliottJuly 14, 2015 at 4:59 pm in reply to: how to disable the title link in the Ajax portfolio preview? #473304Hey!
In the portfolio.php file try changing line 721 from this.
$output .= "<h2 class='portfolio-preview-title entry-title' $markup><a href='{$link}'>".$entry->post_title."</a></h2>";To this.
$output .= "<h2 class='portfolio-preview-title entry-title' $markup>".$entry->post_title."</h2>";Cheers!
ElliottHey!
When editing your page hover over the portfolio grid element and then click on the edit icon to change it’s settings. I went ahead and set it to 30 for you and it’s working fine.

Cheers!
