  • Hi Yigit,
I regenerated a new token, activated and refreshed it in the theme dashboard, but nothing changed. I still see no update…
In case you need it again, you find the login credentials in the private content box.
    Kind regards,
    Claudia

    Hi Ismael,

no problem – fortunately it is not a big issue like “page does not show content” – it is only the language of some parts ;-)

Concerning the update – when I open the “Enfold/theme update” from within the WP dashboard – it tells me that there is no update… does the update take some time to show up?

    Kind regards,
    Claudia

    Hi Ismael,

    thank you for your reply.
Yes, the language is set to Deutsch, that’s why I’m a bit confused…

The login credentials are in the private field as requested.
    Best regards, Claudia

    Hi Yigit,

    thanks for you reply.
Ok, so for the moment I will work around this issue and use an alternative layout for the tab-section. But such a feature would be great!

    Kind regards,
    Claudia

    Hi there,
as I had posted a very similar issue in another thread – I got help with the menu problem and this worked fine – I still have problems with the button in the “Besucherinfo/#besuch”-tab. It does not jump to the “Kontakt”-Tab.
Do I need another code for this (I tried it with the same code and replaced the ids for the button, but it doesn’t work)?
    Kind regards,
    Claudia

For clarification, I tried this code for the Button-to-Tab-Issue:
    scrollToTab( ‘.kontaktbutton a’, ‘click’ );
    scrollToTab( kontakt, ‘load’ );

    Hello?? Is there anybody?

    I think I gonna start a new thread ;-)

I noticed that it starts to load the page from the link after refreshing the page.

    So I got following sequence:
    1) At the very first page load of /besucherinfo, everything is fine: the “Kontakt”-tab opens when I click on the button “zum Kontaktformular” in the “Besuch”-tab.
    2) Than I go back to the first tab and click the button again, or wander from page to page and come back to the /besucherinfo.
    3) Again I click the button “zum Kontaktformular”
    4) The URL changes
    5) The “Kontakt”-tab does not load.
    6) I refresh the browser – and violá – the “Kontakt”-tag loads!

Maybe this helps figuring out the problem.
    Best wishes,
    Claudia

    Hi there,

I got a similar problem on my page within the tabsection “Besucherinfo”. In the first tab “Besuch” I got a button linked to the last tab “Kontakt”, but it works only once (when the page has loaded the very first time) and then only the url changes but nothing else happens.

I tried to implement the code into the functions.php which you provided above. But it seems not work on my site. Do I need something different?

    Many thanks in advance!
    Kind regards,
    Claudia

PS: I put the login credentials in the private content section.

    Hi,
everything is fine now! You can close the ticket.
    Thanks for your help :-)

    Best wishes,
    Claudia

Oh my god! That caused the problem of the tab menu letting it jump around!
I changed all other IDs of the content within the tab sections – and now it works fine. I didn’t realize that the name of the tab is also its ID ;-)

    Many thanks!
    Best regards,
    Claudia

    Hi Rikard,
thank you for your promt reply!

It is interesting, that you cannot enter the other page, because I don’t have any “under construction” on… I switched the construction mode on and off again – maybe the link to the jumping tab works now? (link again in private content)

However, the CSS for the testimonial works perfect! Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Claudia
