    I have update the theme but still that same issue persist. Please help.

    Hello Victoria,

    Sorry for late reply.

    The issue with footer is, it shows widget and sockets but not in proper way so it disabled the live chat option on home page. On other pages footer works fine.

    Please help as soon as possible
