Thank you so much. The form is there, but the SUBMIT button is not showing up
Hello, I downloaded a jot form Plugin so I couldn’t embed the form. I tried putting the code in the code block, but it doesn’t work I did a few tutorials, and it said that jotform should show up in the toolbox options up top, but it is not there. I need to embed the following form into the trunk or treat page
I am not sure where I need to enter the token key. When I log in to Envato there is no option for Enfold > Theme Update > Enter a valid Envato private token.
I am confident that I did not need to purchase another licence as I just purchased it in march :(. Now I have two licences, but neither are allowing me to use support.
Can you send me a link to where I can enter the token I was able to get following the instructions?

So I am not sure how to access the widget. I have an option to insert CODE BLOCK from the content elements library. And the video I need to loop is https://youtu.be/zkZx8nzB2UkI followed your steps in the code block but it didn’t work.

I need an email address to create a user for WordPress and what level would you need the user to be? I am unsure what FTP is

Is there any risk that the website might be functioning differently or certain aspects not work when updating. Is this the reason why I am not able to edit the theme setting?
I am happy to update it as long as there is no risk to the site having issues after as this is our registration time and we just opened back up to capacity.
