Hey,
I’m still encountering this issue. However, I’m now receiving the following error after deactivating the “EWWW Image Optimizer” plugin.
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/content/67/11504967/html/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor.php on line 405
I know one moderator stated to create a new thread but I wanted to responded here to inform everyone.
Thanks in advance for the help!
Hi,
I wanted to follow up on this issue and see if you can still assist me by making the text centered vertically when the header/content text has two lines or more?
Thanks! I figured out how to make a single product page the frontpage. If you ever come across this question in the future here is what I figured out.
You have to create a new static “page” and then insert the product page woocomerce shortcode into the body of the page. Once the static page is saved with the shortcode, you can then make that new static page the frontpage.
Here is the shortcode: [product_page id=””]
Thanks again for the assistance!
Absolutely. The link to the page regarding my question is provided below.
Hey Basilis,
Thanks for the response. I checked the credentials I provided and they work for me. Can you try again?
Here you go.
Thanks Rikard for checking! I’ll contact my hosting provider.
Here you go. Info below. Thanks!
Thanks for the quick replay. Can you guide me how to go about turning WordPress debugging on and checking it? I tried adding the following to the wp-config.php file:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); However, I couldn’t find the error log. The above code should have created a debug.log in the wp-content directory but couldn’t find it.
Found this here:

Hi, I was wondering if there was a solution to this problem? I am encountering the same issue. I have the latest WordPress and Enfold theme. I deactivated all plugins and still have the issue. Also, the only way for the media file to upload properly is only when I use another theme. For example: Twenty Fifteen. I even activated the original plugins and tried it with the Twenty Fifteen theme and it works. Screenshots attached to show issues with normal media upload and multi-file uploader. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!
Awesome, thanks for all the help! Much appreciated.
Thanks again for the response! I will move forward with updating my WordPress version to the latest one (4.2.2). However, I noticed that the “Better WordPress Minify” plugin I’m using is only compatible to WordPress 4.0.5. Do you know if it’s still safe to update even though this plugin isn’t compatible yet? If not, do you have any recommendations of a better plugin that’s compatible with the Enfold theme?
Thanks again!
Thanks Ismael for responding but I’m a little confused. I see the notification a user gets when trying to add more than the available amount. However, before updating to the latest version of the Enfold theme and latest version of WooCommerce, when you had an item limit set, it would not allow the user to select more than what’s available. For example, if I set the products (hammock) stock available amount to 4, then a user would only be able to select up to the quantity of 4 products (hammock’s) before adding them to the cart. Any suggestions how to resolve this issue to make it work as it did before? Should I contact WooCommerce even though it worked while in preview mode using the Twenty Fourteen theme?
Thanks for the response! I tested the functionality while in preview mode using Twenty Fourteen and it works properly. Additionally, I already have the latest version of Woocommerce. Do you still think I should update to the latest WordPress version even though it’s working correctly in preview mode using Twenty Fourteen?

The “Contact Form” and the “Fullwidth Easy Slider” is now working after the update. However, the “Google Map” is still not working on the contact page.
Thanks but unfortunately I’m using WordPress 4.0 and this plugin is not comparable. Do you have any other recommendations? I took a look at the current demo shop and noticed you guys showcase an “additional information” tab in addition to the “Description” and “Reviews” tabs. How did you guys go about this?
Here’s the link showcasing this on the demo site:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/product/kitchen-craft-home-made-glass-terrine-jars/?skin=CyanAdditionally, I’ve noticed that my product images are not showing the same size as the demo store. Can you let me know what settings you have for the Product Image Sizes?
WooCommerce Product Image Sizes: (WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Product Image Size) – Catalog Images, Single Product Image, Product Thumbnails?
Website Media settings: (Settings > Media) – Thumbnail size, Medium size, Large size?
Thanks again!
Andy,
Thanks for the response! I read through the post you refereed me to and it indicates that it’s safe to move all js files besides jquery.js and avia.js or the theme will break. With this said, I have all js files (including avia.js) moved to the footer besides avia-compat.js and jquery.js. The theme seems to be working fine, however, do you recommend I move the avia.js file in the header and move the avia-compat.js to the footer?
I looked at the source code for http://kriesi.at and it looks like you have the following js files located in the following locations:
Header: jquery.js, jquery-migrate.min.js, avia-compat.js
Footer: avia.js, shortcodes.js, jquery.prettyphoto.js, mediaelement-and-player.min.js, mediaelement.js, comment-reply.min.js, kriesi.js.Thanks again!
