Thanks for your help. We did increase the allocated memory to 128M, however we have fixed the problem now.
GoDaddy does not enable zip support in PHP by default, to resolve you need to do the following:
In cPanel, click on “Select PHP Version.” On that page there should be a list of PHP options. Make sure zip is checked then save the config. If it isn’t there, you’ll need to select a different version of PHP.Hi Yigit,
We have re-downloaded the theme and tried uploading a font again and it still does not work. Is there anything else you can suggest?
We are hosting with Godaddy CPanel.

Thanks for your response. Yes, we have tried adding a single icon font, but that did not work.
