Current PHP version: native (5.4)

I’ve asked the host to increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize, and they directed me to drop a php.ini file out in the root.
I could only find a php.ini file for PHP 7.0, so I upgraded the site to 7.0, and that seems to have fixed the problem without adding the php.ini file.
