I had to move on to get something up today.
I have loaded multiple templates up without issue. I don’t know why yours would not load up and I appreciate the you working on support today. But like I said early on – I have limited time and there are plenty of options that work.
I would appreciate getting reimbursed promptly, that way I can remove the dispute with my CC company.
I will also update my review on themeforest once I can log back in. I can’t say I love the theme but I can say the support was solid.

It takes a little time before the error is thrown so it is unpacking the folder.
You set this up to be the same size as the MAX file limit?

Anyway – I only have a few hours left to get this done today. If you can see the problem before I can find a new theme – great. But other wise anything more is a waste of time. Return the purchase.
