I created a new admin user and deleted the old one. It appears it was just a weird glitch as it seems to be working now with the new user. I cannot explain and I do not understand why or what happened. Now I am getting a wp-cron job error. I contacted my hosting company and manually set up cron jobs to run and disabled the wp cron jobs so hopefully that works unless you have a better suggestion to fix this error?
