Do you have anyway of knowing if I have the correct purchase code? Also, what version of Enfold is current and what Version of the child theme is current?
I’m not sure why there are 2 enfold child themes on the site. I don’t know if they are up to date. Since I had 2 Sites with Enfold, and maybe 2 different accounts here. Can you check under (Email address hidden if logged out) and one under (Email address hidden if logged out) . Today I renewed support under the dontoll account.. I’m pretty confused how the purchase code is attached to a site. Can we make sure this code below is for tilliestar.com.

Hello again,
I just found that I did get the 4.5.5 version. When I tried to update the theme, again, it crashed the site. I went to ftp and uploaded the new “Enfold” folder, which I assume replaces the outdated files with the newest versions.

Then I went to try to update from the update themes button and it failed with the following notices:
