    Hi,

    Okay thank you it works for me…. at last. That’s why it worked in the beginning, and didn’t work anymore when i updated the theme.

    Correct translations :
    “Show only hidden products » => “Afficher uniquement les produits cachés »
    “Show all products » => « Afficher tous les produits »

    Pikachul, la manip a marché pour moi : j’ai mis anglais pour la lange de WordPress (Réglages/Général), et du coup l’option « Show all products » était disponible et fonctionnel dans les options du diaporama produits. Ca veut donc dire qu’il faut attendre la prochaine mise à jour du thème pour pouvoir l’utiliser en Français….ou alors installer Loco pour forcer l’utilisation en français d’après ce qu’il dit

    Hi,
    If I hide all products then it works and they show in product sliders (or product grid). But then my shop is empty…. :( Can you please tell us where we can found this option in your theme, and why it doesn’t work properly anymore (it was working couple days ago.). We probably did something wrong in the theme options, but then it also means that the options are note phrased the right way for us to understand

    Same here, but cant find the “Product Slider > Filter > WooCommerce Hidden Products ” : where is it ? In the theme options ? Woocommerce options ?

    Thank you for answering. But i’m sorry to say that this is not what happened in my case. As you can see in the first ticket i opened (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/default-demo-error-message-at-import/#post-1140703) i didn’t get any answer until 2,5 days after…. precisely i got an answer quicker when i wrote a message in here….

    And i wrote here because the support system is presented as a forum which means i’m not supposed to open a new thread for an old issue (this thread is open since November 15, 2017).

    In the end, everybody is lost in here : moderators (it must drive you crazy), the support system is a mess, and in the end we, customers, don’t get the answers we need and we must found our way around to keep our own customers happy with quality and time to market…

    Hope this will help in improving your system : transform the forum into a knowledge base and deploy a proper support system.

    I fully agree with Raymonbil, we have paid for a theme AND 6monts support and either we dont get support or when we do it’s 2, or 3, or 4 days after when the issue has been solved by ourselves or avoided when not solved. And when you answer you bring no new solutions. This is not normal for a service we have paid for.

    This support forum just doesn’t work, and Victoria can’t answer 100 threads per minute… 4 jobs open for support (http://jobs.kriesi.at/) at this time means Kriesi needs help to support ENFOLD THEME !!!

    Que ta vaya bien Raymonbil, me ha molado tu web revolutionband.es antes de que la pusieses en mantenimiento. Imposible instalar los TEMAS DEMOS para mi, pero una vez arreglado el problema (ni te cuento), el tema me va de p#### m####

    Hi,
    Any solutions to my issue ?
    I have found a workaround solution after 2,5 days working on it….but i could never import any demo theme through the IMPORT DEMO function Not satisfied with that at all.

    i’m the one who is confused here.
    i’ve done it already with the xml file included in the theme (default demo xml file is missing) and didn’t work neither : nothing happens when importing manually the XML file.

    I’m sorry but this is not what is written in your theme once installed : it says DEFAULT DEMO for the original one, and ENVELOPPE 2017 for the other one (french version). See it in the admin panel. In a previous thread about this issue, the moderator linked to all xml files in a dropbox (broken now) and the xml file was called default.xml

    Please provide a solution so that i can import the demo theme i bought, not another one.
    Any information needed just ask i will be delighted to provide.

    I write here what i wrote in my thread because i’m having the same issue : CAN’T IMPORT DEMO THEME !!!
    And DEFAULT DEMO.XML is missing !!! so i can’t try the manual import neither…..
    what is going on with this theme ?

    HI Victoria,
    Thanks for answering. As you can read in my post i have allready resest wordpress with the plugin mentionned in yout theme “WordPress Reset”.

    I have done it again now with the other plugin mentionned in the Enfold Documentation “WP Database Reset” and upgraded WP memory to 256 as mentionned in the doc but result is always the same : ERROR.

    This is the first time i have a problem with importing dummy contents with a theme, i’m not very happy with this.

    What is the next step please ? I have provided admin credentials for you to connect to the website and make it work please for he DEFAULT DEMO import. Please do whatever you want there is absolutly no content nor customization yet, feel at home, do, create, erase what ever you want, but please make this import work.
