    Wonderful support; you guys really are a cut above the rest. I’ve never used a Kriesi theme before on a WordPress site, but if I need a theme in the future, you can be certain I’ll be coming to you first.

    Hi Ismael,

    The site is now up, it was unlucky that you checked just as the site was being transferred to another server, but it should all be accessible again now! The Instagram widget is still displaying the “Instagram did not return a 200.” error on the homepage. All login credentials provided in the orginal post should still be functioning.

    Hi Ismael,

    As I mentioned above, I installed a dedicated Instagram feed plugin to see if that worked – it did, which means that there isn’t a problem with my hosting provider connecting to Instagram. I’ve deleted this plugin now to avoid any confusion. The Enfold Instagram widget is now the only Instagram widget on the homepage, and the login credentials I provided in my initial post (provided again below), are still active if you want to take a look.

    I’m pretty sure I followed the instructions correctly. I made the amendments to the class-framework-widgets.php file by replacing the entire avia_instagram_widget class (line 1473 to the end of the file), with the code in pastebin. I then uploaded it to the server via FTP, installed the WP Sweep plugin, and performed a full sweep (which includes sweeping the the transients). Still no joy :( Feel free to use the credentials in the private info in my original post to log on to the site and have a look and see if I’ve missed anything.

    Thanks for the reply Ismael,

    I followed your instructions, but unfortunately I am still getting the same error message. If it helps, there’s a another plugin (WP Instagram Widget) that is also having similar issues when communicating with Instagram. The only Instagram plugin that I’ve got working on my site so far makes use of an API token, whereas yours and WP Instagram Widget tries to access the posts without utilising an API token, so perhaps that could be the issue?

    Hi Yigit, thanks for the reply.

    I got in touch with the hosting provider, and they said that they didn’t see why there should be any issue connecting to Instagram on their end :( I’ve installed a dedicated Instagram plugin to see if that would work on the site (https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/), and that plugin works fine, but I much prefer the one provided in the Enfold theme! Any other thoughts?
