Hi mike. I can update WordPress core and plugins and there are no problems but I just can not download the Enfold demo
September 27, 2024 at 11:56 am in reply to: search and filter posts based on Taxonomy (category, tags, and….) #1467934thanks, Ismael
thanks mike
close it. but it makes me confused wahy in former versions of Enfold 5.7 I didn’t have this problem and it took too much time I find this problem. I hope your great team solves it.
I find the problem and solve it. in enfold setting===> performance===> JS and CSS file merge was diable and I put it to use without merging and problem solved.
I completely removed the Lightspeed Cache plugin and its codes from Htacess, but the problem still exists.
Hi Ismael. I cleared the cache completely and checked in incognito mode and the problem is exactly in this URL https://imgur.com/s0Oau49 that I mentioned above. As you can see my blog post was just located in one column vertically and the slider was removed and the menu was also converted from horizontal to vertical.
thank you Mike. for better understanding i explain to you that my website is about tourist attractions and the user in every single post must see the other tourist attractions in related categories.OK? One good enfold point is an unlimited sidebar creation and I used category post widget and list category post for this goal. now my website visit is good and I get some ADS from customers and they want ADS in all of my posts. for example, New York City has one sidebar and LA has one sidebar, and…
Hey Mike, In the second photo (after the theme update), is quite clear my slider crashed(I see big white space and no slider picture), and lower section of my slider I used blog post elements that I set it to 4 columns, 4 columns converted into one column and my main menu is completely vertical!!!!! still confused me how you can not see it!! The former thread I just uploaded the crashed site after the update but now I upload before the update and after the update for comparison them.
Hi Mike, yes i use WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Widgets. But as I mentioned in Bella, I have 30 different sidebars. Do you mean I must add HTML to these sidebars one by one? I want to show the ADS image in all of the themes.
Hi Ismael. it is better I told to you how I should put Advertising pictures with a customer link in all sidebars. I can put it single by single but it takes too much time. now my question is is there any way I put these ADS pictures in all of my sidebars just by one uploading?

September 4, 2024 at 9:53 am in reply to: comment box missing in single post created by ALB #1466196Thanks, Ismael. It works. However, this method is not good for a large-scale website, and i hope Enfold’s great team solves it.
September 3, 2024 at 7:35 pm in reply to: comment box missing in single post created by ALB #1466160Hi Ismael. do you mean in every single post I must use comment elements?!!! it is awful. Why Enfold can not show WordPress comments automatically? could you please show to me where can find the comments element?
September 3, 2024 at 9:53 am in reply to: comment box missing in single post created by ALB #1466097i use this code for showing comment box and fields in my functions.php but not work!
//————————————–
// function – Comment field at bottom
//————————————–function comment_field_at_bottom( $fields ) {
$comment_field = $fields[‘comment’];
unset( $fields[‘comment’] );
$fields[‘comment’] = $comment_field;
return $fields;
}add_filter( ‘comment_form_fields’, ‘comment_field_at_bottom’ );
September 3, 2024 at 9:42 am in reply to: comment box missing in single post created by ALB #1466094also my share buttons do not show in single posts!!!! but there is no problem when i use the default WordPress editor. i can see my post comments and share buttons.
https://kojachetor.com/senj-waterfall/yes please. because i found out this problem related to my plugins. thank you mike
hi mike. thanks for your support. unfortunately, my web Cpanel hosting does not provide this option(staging site). I prefer not to update Enfold until the next generation and I again check the new version in the future and notice again here.
this is my home page that completely crash. no slider, no blog post element, and a bad main menu. i don’t know how I can show to you because our site has 6K visitors daily and because of that we back to old theme very fast. do you have any suggestions for this challenge?
hi rikard. please check again.
i send a link of my site. my main menu becomes vertical, the slider disappears, blog post becomes to just one column!!!. I am back to the old theme because I have 6k visitors daily
yes, Ismael. i deactivated the theme file compression because it caused one problem for me. too much file creation in dynamic-avia folder in the host and full my disc usage. but when I update and replace this new version, all of my site crash and I can not work with the WordPress dashboard. it is the first time for me !!
oh mike!!! Why don’t we understand each other? Ok. the problem is not about URL, please. for each URL your ?avia-element-pagin=n your theme have “rel=canonical= homepage” you should attention to next line of your image. i send you 2 images and I indicate by red line.
thank you mike. but i suggest google method to your team that they say obviously that ” Don’t use the first page of a paginated sequence as the canonical page. Instead, give each page in its own canonical URL.”
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/specialty/ecommerce/pagination-and-incremental-page-loadingthe explanation is very easy. in pagination mode in ALB, the canonical URL must refer to page numbers. for example, we have 5 pages. just in page one the canonical must refer to the Home page. On page2,3,4 and five it must refer to page2, page3, page4 and page 5. now in ALB, when we have pagination and use rankmath plugin, all pagination canonical URLs refer to the home page. the problem is not related to rankmath because when we use Gutenberg page builder all things are correct and just when we use ALB in Enfold this challenge is appear.!!!! in fact it is related to Enfold compatibility with rankmath plugin. for example I send to you a URL in page number 3 in ALB pagination in private. please check the page source and see the canonical URL to home page!
hi mike. the first problem was solved. but second about canonical address in pagination pages exists Please solve it in ALB
yes. the last crawl of the sitemap was successful and GSC showed green condition without any errors.
Again i refer to the first problem. most of the images are not indexed in Google and I assumed that the reason is images not involved in the sitemap. your codes show my images in the sitemap but are still not indexed in Google. i checked robots.txt and the hosting condition and another technical problem. but I doubt that the image indexing issue is related to the theme or not. because in GSC==>pages===> Crawled – currently not indexed, there are many pictures, especially in .jpg format that can not indexed. what is your idea?
yeah. these threads exactly refer to my recent challenge(correct canonical address in pagination for ALB). but non of the codes that rankmath team offer for solving this problem not work in ALB of enfold theme. you can try it.
it works well Ismael. thank you very much. now i can see all of my images in the sitemap.
another problem by rankmath and enfold i recently found is about pagination and “next” and “prev” rel for better SEO. when i use ALB and we have pagination (like as blog posts). i checked the source page and there are no “prev” and “next” rel. you can check my home page.
https://kojachetor.com/.
also, you should attention to this subject that pagination canonical rel confirmed for every page such as 2, 3, 4, and…. just canonical of page 1 must refer to home page. if you check my home page source, in all pages of pagination, canonical refers to the home page!!! it si not good for SEO. rankmath do it correctly when I do not use ALB. -
