I did what you suggested and still i was getting a fatal error message.
I deleted everything and did a fresh backup install without the Piwik and everything is fine.
I don’t have any more time to play with the Piwik at this point so i won’t use it anymore.

i don’t want it to change automatically and also creating a template i don’t understand how it will solve my problem.

I want the form to have a set Subject that i will be typing in every time on every page. I don’t mind typing it.

So, the form on page 1 i want to have a set Subject “Ring 001”
The Form on page 2 to have a set Subject “Ornament 038”
But i want to be typing them in the code every time.

So basically the question is how i place a Subject name in the form code?

I dragged a codeblock in the Portfolio item and placed the code and it worked fine, thank you :)

I’m wondering if we can achieve the same result by putting code inside the General Styling > Quick CSS instead of on every single portfolio item page, because i’ll have soon more than 300 items.
Is it possible?
