    Thanks for the response, updating the files via FTP was something that I tried originally but I’ve just done it again and updated WP.

    That seems to have solved the problem of the page never loading, but it has not caused another problem as you can see from the attached screenshot. All of the short codes are now appearing in the text section, which in turn is effecting my SEO snippets.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I raised a dispute with Theme Forest and received the following from Kriesi.

    Hey! I am afraid I cant approve this refund until we are also able to reproduce the issue you are describing (and then can’t fix it).

    I checked the thread and 2 of my staff members also successfully logged in and tested the page builder and it worked fine on their end.

    Would you mind letting us know more details in the forum about which browser you are using, if it happens with a different browser as well and if you get any javascript errors (this would be crucial since it would probably tell us were the problem is coming from)

    Please also note that the page builder not loading is usually only the symptom of another error. This is why you probably can’t find a clear answer in the forum to that question. People report the builder not displaying but there are usually various things that can cause this, and to this day we are not aware of any caused by the theme itself. Its usually caused by wordpress plugins, special server settings, browser plugins etc

    Thats why we need to investigate first and then can try to fix it :)
    Best regards

    Kriesi

    I am not getting any Java Script errors, and the problem is happening on Chrome and Safari (both the latest versions). I’ve added a screen shot how it looks on my screen and you’ll notice that the 3/5 icon isn’t loading as well as the page builder. I maintain other websites using the Enfold theme on this computer, all with no problems. Hope that helps you troubleshoot some more

    Thanks for looking into it further Rikard. Unfortunately I don’t have another machine to try it on.

    I think it’s a problem with this particular installation, as I maintain other sites using Enfold, on the same machine and don’t have these problems.

    Are you able to assist further, or am I going to have to move away from Enfold on my sites if it’s not reliable?

    thanks

    Hi Ismael, I’ve deactivated Securi, so you should be able to get in now.

    thank you

    would really appreciate someone taking a look into this, it’s very frustrating that the Layout Builder is doing this.

    thank you

    Hi Yigit, thanks for the reply, I was experimenting after submitting the support ticket and got something that looks ok IMHO.

    It looks good at full view but if you drag in the sides a little to take it into responsive mode, the formatting of the number starts to go onto 2 lines and it doesn’t look very neat.

    The way I have done it is by adding this into the Header/Extra Elements/Phone Number

    <h1 style=”color:#003399″>Call Us On 03 9555 7009</h1>

    and adding this in Quick CSS in the general styling section.

    .phone-info {
    position: absolute;
    left: 800px;
    top: 59px;
    }

    Is this the correct way to do it or can you suggest a better way which will make it look better when being resized.

    If possible being able to put a phone icon (like this – http://images.clipartpanda.com/office-phone-icon-9ip5adeiE.png) next to the phone number and making it so if it’s clicked on a mobile device, it prompts to call the number.

    thank you
