Yes, I wrote the HTML years ago, and its been working fine. I am thinking the best solution is to save the content, delete the page altogether create it again. It doesn’t fix the underlying issue but it will achieve what I need. What do you think?
Hi,
I have enabled debug mode as you requested.
Thanks. That works and it was a solution I had tried successfully, but where did this come from? I did not enable anything that would create such an entity.
BTW, I have cloned this page so please feel free to make changes.
If I select classic editor in the main page of the theme options, it still displays the Avia Layout Editor and no content as before. Except this time I get a popup box telling me to use the Avia Layout Builder.
If I select “Disable advance layout builder preview in back-end” it still displays the Avia Layout Builder.as above.
The only way to make it work is to edit it using the classic editor.
Thanks for letting me know. I did find these articles you mention but they were dated 2018 so I thought there was a fix or simpler approach. I will try your suggestions and see what happens.
Hello? Is there anybody there? I could have switched themes by now.
It was an issue with Firefox. I someone else has this problem, you should switch to Chrome and it works fine. I suspect it had something to do with the Skype plugin or the AVG plugin after this latest update of FF.
I have deactivated all plugins and still the same issues.
Tried to add a new page and clicking on the Advanced Layout Editor the content area just has a dot going round in a circle and never loads. I have to click Update before the Advanced Editor becomes useable.Thank you! I found it and enabled it and it works perfectly.
For the life of me I don’t know why I could not find it before. I expanded every section and looked under every tab under each section. Must be needing a break :-)Your help is much appreciated. I was hoping to find good support for these themes and I am glad this is the case.
Thanks Yigit and Josue!
I am grateful for your speedy response and I understand you get many messages per day so it is not easy I had already found your current answer in a previous post and it did not answer my question. When we bought the theme we already had hundreds of posts so although your suggestion will work it will only work by doing this for each post individually. The default WordPress settings make this possible via selecting a radio button option and clicking the save button. If this is the only solution for Enfold, we will create a solution within our child theme, otherwise please let me know if there is any other solution.
Thanks in advance.
