    Hi all,

the version is 5.4 and I’m using a child theme actually without any customized files!
I’m not able to choose 1 column at the masonry.
    Screenshot

@ Mike: above the 4 Column is a row that has a masonry on the left part.

    Best regards

Sorry, that doesn’t works. With the standard options the gallery always tries to display 6 columns.
So I just can set it manually to 2 columns but never to just 1.

I have the same problem now on some pages since the last updates and switching the php-Version to 8.0.

I tried to type in the lines above into the .htaccess file but it didn’t helps.
Can you also take a look onto the page?

If I switch the php to 7.4 these lines will not be shown, but also no footer is shown.
If I switch to php 8.0 these lines came up and also no footer…

    Thanks a lot

    Dave

in reply to: WordPress Backend with Enfold Theme is very slow #1369368

    Hi Rikard,

I installed now Enfold 5.2 beta, but the problem is the same.
The LayerSlider still tries to load Google fonts and every click in the Backend of WordPress takes approx. 15 Sekonds to answer, because on every click the LayerSlider produces timeouts.

So the new beta release does also not fix the issue with the layer slider.

    Best regards

Mhhh, the Website that makes problems actually is short before going live now.
I fear a little to switch the theme to this beta version. I don’t want to crash the site and have to start from the beginning again.

I will make another installation on my private account to test it and keep you informed. But it could need some days because I’m too busy at the moment.

    Thank you for the answers.
Thanks to this plugin I found out that the layerslider is trying to load googlefonts by every click I do in the backend. I installed a Plugin that switched off all googlefonts in Enfold, and every click I do in the backend, the layerslider tries to load this fonts and gets a timeout.

Because of german restrictions I have switched off every googlefonts in my wordPress Installation and have installed them local on my server.

After I wrote the following in my functions.php of my child theme
    add_theme_support( ‘deactivate_layerslider’ );
    WordPress is fast again!

This is in my eyes a very big bug that should be solved in every case!
The Layerslider that comes with Enfold shouldn’t load Googlefonts by himself!
In Germany we have very big problems because of this googlefonts topic and it is very important for us, that we have the possibility to switch off the usage of this fonts completely.
I use Enfold now on more than 20 Websites of my customers, and just one of them uses the layerslider.
So it would be absolutely comfortable if there could be a switch in the backend of Enfold to
    1. Switch off Google Fonts
    2. Switch off the layerslider

Thanks for your great support here in this forum!

    Best regards

in reply to: Lightbox Modal Pop Up funktioniert nicht #1181327

    ### Old message: ###
    Hello,
i have now set up the privacy windows and especially this MODAL POP-UP window, which should open when clicking on a button “Settings”.
Unfortunately I get the following error message when I click on the button:
We need a lightbox to show the modal popup. Please enable the built in lightbox in Theme Options Tab or include your own modal window plugin.\n\nYou need to connect this plugin in JavaScript with callback wrapper functions – see avia_cookie_consent_modal_callback in file enfold\js\avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js
The lightbox function is activated in the enfold options.
What else could be the problem?
    ### End of old message ###

First of all: I have solved the problem.

Strangely enough, the Enfold Lightbox was disabled in the child theme in the header.php. Enabling it via the Enfold menu did not change anything, so I went to find out why the lightbox did not work.

I found out that there was an entry in the header.php in the child theme which affects the avia lightbox. After I deleted this entry everything worked fine.

Problem solved. Ticket can be closed!
    Thanks a lot!
