I tried to do this but it didn’t work in both way quick css and the theme file too
in your css>custom.css file (in the theme files) add the following inside of the desktop only media query we’ve included in the file:
#header_main .container, .main_menu ul:first-child > li a {
height: 88px !important;
line-height: 88px !important;
}
it look like there forever no matter whatok, i just tried to delete the Enfold inside Cpanel since it failed with notice the them already exist, it works now, i still need you take a look for that is the new version? and in the future if any update coming how can i know?
I can’t upload vis FTP, but i tried to log in my FTP acct and saw the theme still there.
I came back to WP upload with the new link you sent, and it appear as below (regardless many times tried to upload, it seemed the theme has problem inside)

I didnt see your reply msg in my email, i didnt remove Enfold but my host company tried to help for website work by replacing other WP theme, i can’t upload, i dont know whyHi Ismael,
i did send the user at the end but you may didn’t think that, i didn’t remember the file server login since i didn’t use for years, but the hosting i have. Please let me know if you needHi Victoria,
Thank you so much for being here, i now upload ok (since the theme WP need to be update, otherwise not work) but the file upload failed, i may not do right when i first download the theme or so. So far the website completed stop working my hosting company told because of the theme i used, so i gave a try to change the theme and website work. Please take a closer look and let me know if i did sthing wrong, no rush, i truly appreciate your time to help. (u:admin)
Thank youI have a hard time to make it work again, i upload in Cpanel, but then came to WP i didn’t see there, i tried to upload directly from WP but when click on “add new” and then “Upload Theme” it didn’t give me anywhere that i can upload, nothing from here, i guess this issue from WP, but your experience is best, you know what should i do?
i didn’t receive your response for 4 days, not sure how to contact regarding the theme completed stop working

I tried this guide but seem not work for me, my hosting support to change the theme and the website work but i still had problem with the wp login, without this i can’t change the theme, right now i come and download the them again, then i give to my hosting they can upload to my website? is the theme ok now if i come back to download it? also i need a new theme for my website, i will buy it again upon your reply to me since i not sure how it work without updating for years…Thank you,

I dont know, just update the user i gave you, nothing change and must click update, i use wp latest version so i dont think any update about wp
I did the upgrade already yesterday and wait today if it allow me to edit the pages, nothing different, i dont know how can i edit the link detail inside all pages since no any page can edit, open and they are always in loading status all day long, not show up anything. Thanks for your help

Thanks, the site bestwebhostingcompanies.org work now, but all my sites really slow, and the site http://productrecommend.org/ still not work, it may have the same issue with bestwebhostingcompanies.org, could you please help me to overwrite the theme files on this site same way you just did, please. Thanks very much for your help, i put ftp on privately, i understood this time the support team in Bluehost not did as i expected, they took weeks to figure out the problem, then ended up nothing. Very much thanks again for your help.

After i chat with my host provider, they increased the memory, and they said “the problem is with the theme and I dont see how increasing the memory would help that error. It looks like its a programming error”
I am really frustrated about this, I am not an expert, i try to do thing simple and normal, but when the issue happened, back and forth between hosting Bluehost and the Enfold theme, i am highly appreciate your help me out this issue, i really don’t know how to do, can’t log on the wp admin, and Bluehost said if i want to log on they must change the theme, then i can log on. Please please help me out.
Thanks very muchI don’t know why you asked for update new wp version, the site bestwebhostingcompanies.org just update on 10/23. Now i click on re-install and all different theme, then i back to your theme and i harm the site, can’t log on wp any more. What should i do. it’s totally theme caused.
Thank you for getting back to me, in fact i myself can’t log on the wpadmin any more, due to server error, i have no idea last time i got from my hosting company they told that because of your theme Enfold, few month ago i gave you my user and pw after that i got hack all my site, i not meant because of giving you that, but for you know i am frustrated much more, i believe if any related your theme you can get it done fast for me…i will open new ticket later on. This theme now broken? all impact my site stop working, so terrible, the problem is never know the reason, i try to figure it out but i don’t know any time any update or so you never even send out an email to inform, the best thing is never use your theme, because at starting so good then all hurt the site without alert, so what should i do related your theme broken…I just generate the pw for you, i have too many domain host in, you just select public html file teh productrecommend.org. this domain still under transfer from hostgator to bluehost but all done, i also try to use the theme with other brand new domain but it not work, so you can:
1) Open FileZilla
2) At the top left of FileZilla, select File > Site Manager
3) Within the site manager, enter in the following: pls see on private…I did, but nothing work out. I don’t really know why. I am not patient enough to wait more, can you tell me if this theme still ok for new buyer now? in my case any special? because it not cheap. Waiting to hear from you
i Just try to download the theme again and then upload to wp but still the same thing. How about this time a new customer buy that be ok? there is any brand new download i can download and then i can upload to my wp site, because i don’t want to waste time longer, since it took 4 days nothing work out, if there is impossible to use your theme any more i move on other. Because i had tried over 20 times.
