Hello,
I have a contact form on my website. When someone fills it out the information gets forwarded in an email. There isn’t enough vertical spacing between the lines of information in the email and was wondering if there is a way to create more line height spacing.
You’re amazing, thank you very much!
Never mind, I absolutely positioned the last menu item and that worked for some reason..not sure why, thanks!
Hello! Anyone get a chance to look at this yet? :)
Also, i’m on my ipad air (1024px width) and the video player will not play. Is there a way to make it play on ipads?
Thank you!
Thanks! Works great! Sometimes when the logo is buffering the loader will show but it will have a black background. Is there a way to change the color of this as well as the actual loader?
Thank you!
please disregard, thank you!
Wonderful! Thank you very much!
Hi there!
Thank you! I should have known! You’re the best :)
H Vinay!
Thanks for the quick response! I put it in the quick CSS but it didn’t work.
Yigit! You are awesome, thank you so much.
It worked fantastically! Thank you so much Yigit!
Hey Basilis!
Thanks for the feedback. I just tested out our site on a few different browsers from a couple different locations and called our hosting company, all said our site was loading fine. Could you please try again? Thank you!
please disregard, found a workaround with contact form 7, thanks!
Hello! Has anyone gotten the chance to look at the backend of my site? If I need to open a separate ticket please let me know. Thanks :)
There are also random delays while making edits with the avia builder. When I go to click on a grid section to edit, it will sometimes stall for a few seconds. Same with when I am entering text into a text box, seems to just be happening within the entire edit page area.
Thanks for looking into this for us.
Hello. I’m actually having the same issue. It is also slow when first arriving to the “edit page” page.
Are we able to use the following line so the image does not appear clickable?
pointer-events: none !important;
no worries, and thank you! :)
hey rikard! I thought i tried that but I guess i didn’t…it worked! thank you for your help :)
Hi Ismael. The issue was due to the css from this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/reveal-footer-effect/
I’m still not sure why it wasn’t working on the portfolio pages but I added css to exclude those pages for the effect. Could you please leave this thread open though incase I need assistance with this in the future? Thanks!
Hi! Here you go, thanks for the help Vinay :)
Hey Vinay! Thanks for looking into this for me. I’m adding css to the child theme’s style.css. I’m using a snippet of code from the following post for the “reveal footer effect” : https://kriesi.at/support/topic/reveal-footer-effect/
Please note that the footer shows on all pages except for the portfolio post pages. I thought that the custom footer css might be conflicting with the css on the portfolio pages, but when I create an entirely new portfolio page with nothing on it, it still does not show the footer…so i’m thinking it just has something to do with the way the portfolio pages were coded by default.
hello! here it is.
Sorry, that wasn’t a very good description. What I meant to say was that the image resolution for the lightbox images is very poor despite the image being large (1500px width). Is there a way to make it so that the image is not blurry when opening it in the lightbox?
Got it! Thanks for the advice. I’ll contact them.
Hello. I tried uploading the file via filezilla. I also purged all caches from my wp engine backend. The site still does not display the most recent css edits in new browsers. Any other suggestions?
I actually just meant the transition animation when you click the toggle. It looks like the transition is this:
.wpb_accordion .wpb_accordion_wrapper .wpb_accordion_header a { padding: 20px 0; color: #666666; font-weight: 700; -webkit-transition: all 0.07s ease; -moz-transition: all 0.07s ease; -ms-transition: all 0.07s ease; -o-transition: all 0.07s ease; transition: all 0.07s ease; }
just not sure how to apply it to enfolds! Thanks :)
Never mind! I figured it out. Sorry about that. The display none property ended up working.
May 12, 2016 at 11:43 pm in reply to: Update-safe way to change Easy Slider transitionSpeed, e.g. in the child theme? #631692Hi! I have the same exact question but it pertains to the easy slider and not the fullwidth easy slider. I tried to add that code into functions.php but it made it so that the page wouldn’t load.
