for now, yes, i suppose so…
i’ll look into other possible reasons for this happening & reach out again if i cannot resolve.
thank you!

thanks, mike.. i’ll have two take a look at individual browser settings as well, but have yet to find the cause for it not behaving properly for me and others with whom i’m chatted.
at least i know it works for some people… ha!
thanks again for taking a look!
best,

Hi, Rikard…
I moved gallery elements around & it seems to be ok with the new arrangement. It doesn’t make sense to me, but as long as it is displaying correctly across the 3 main browsers, I’m a happy camper.
Thanks so much for your help!
Best,
– bettyYikes! I spoke too soon.
I added image captions and moved one of the images & now the display is all wonky again… any ideas?
Am hoping to have this corrected before my client stumbles upon it…thanks,
– betty
Rikard,
That seems to have *almost* done the trick! Now only one of the images is misaligned in Firefox & Chrome. Not perfect, but certainly a lot better!
Do you think a slight change to the height or width in the quick css code would correct the one gap still showing in the gallery?
Thanks !

Hi, Rikard
I just updated the theme, but it seems not to have resolved the gallery issue… it still displays incorrectly in Chrome & Firefox.
Is there anything else that I could try? Thanks,
– betty
update: the autoplay works fine in chrome & firefox, but not working in safari…
Rikard,
Thanks, we actually moved the entire site over to a new server and I had my developers take a look. Not sure what they did, but were able to remedy the issue.
And yes, when the issue was happening I tried & restarted several browsers and even tried via mobile login.
Thanks,
b.
hey, just wondering if you were able to see anything that may be causing this issue to the avia builder… thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, Rickard…
Yes, this is the first time that I manually had to enter the page name via permalinks edit – yesterday it kept defaulting to the ‘plain’ structure.
This morning it recognized the edit.Who knows?!
Thanks!

thanks for the super-speedy reply…
the site has magically re-appeared although my isp swears they have nothing to do w/ the downtime
i’m going to pretend it didn’t happenAugust 15, 2014 at 8:04 am in reply to: Cannot add ANYTHING to page without completely destroying its structure #304748Hi Devin,
I have re-created the page and am adding elements carefully, checking each time to see if the issue is replicated. So far, all is well…
Thanks!– c.
O… I forgot to mention that this stalled/frozen ‘save’ state also happens when attempting to attach a link to an image.
Sad,
b.
Thanks, Yigit… that worked!
These pages are for a movie theater and we create new buttons that link to ticketing on an almost daily basis.
I can’t imagine de-activating, then re-activating plug-ins every time I need to create a button…
Is there a planned general potential fix for this on the horizon? Thanks again,
betty b.
Yigit,
Thanks for the tip, but it is still not working…
It simply won’t save the configuration of the button, it is getting stalled or stuck on the configuration window. Is there anything else that I can try?
Thanks,
– betty
